If you ever feel like trying this again, try keeping your chest forward at an angle as if you were going to front out of the roundoff. This will help keep you from getting too much backward momentum :)
DUDE...Craziness!!! Hope you're alright!! Keep up the practice. Just keep your legs balled up like a cannonball when you roundoff and kick them down...Keep your chest forward so if worst comes to worst your stomach lands on the block!! You got it!!
