Yeah I'm with cast390 on this one. Although Hart does count their drum pieces that doesn't mean someone gets to call a kit something else just because they bought more pieces to their kit. There isn't "officially" a 6.6 unless Hart just came out with it. If Hart doesn't make it or sell it then it's just a set you made up and decided to call it a 6.6. To my knowledge there is no 6.6 configuration they currently sell. Perhaps try doing those fills slower so we can fully hear what you're doing.

I've been reading that Hart Dynamics stands up really really well up against Roland V-Drums. Essentially, exceptional quality and sound without the shocker of price that is synonymous with Roland. What do you think?

@cast390 6.6 means amount on drums which is 6 pieces and 6 cymbals, go to hart dynamics website and find out, their pro setup is 6.4 because 6 pc drums and 4 cymbals ( 2 crash, 1 ride , 1 hi-hat )

they are from POLYMER some kind of plastic, except from the ride and the hihats which are from metal with a rubber surface

what module are you using? Td-12 or td-20. I think the td-12 comes with the hart pros, but a lot of people upgrade them to td-20

yea they are made of real bronze. It has triggers on the back of it. its chokable too

so they cant bve played quietly like the rubber cymbals from roland? o would alos assume they feel more realistic.

They're electric but they're made from two thin bronze cymbals with the trigger inside, about a third of them has a rubber playing surface so you can still play quietly. They also come with a little red spring that allows them to kickback like a normal crash and they have a little choke strip on the bottom.

Hey... great playing! If you're thinking about upgrading that kit, check out RET Percussion. They've really got a jump on other e-drums.  I'd love to see a video of you ripping up one of those beautiful kits!

I am really digging the cymbals on that kit. They look so real. What are they made out of? Tell me more about the kit...It looks just like my TD20...does Heart make the mesh head drums or are the triggers made by a different manufacturer?
