sorry to open up a dead comment. touching your tongue to the roof of your mouth also helps align your flow of qi, as well as keeping it away from your teeth and to stop fidgeting with it to concentrate.

Hi Silat, great energy!the sound was removed on my video above so I think you should delete that please. Most of my healing shows were on Op11 and the site collapsed so a lot of work gone. I love that didge. It makes the healing go deeper.
