  • Hey bro, great start. Some things I've learned with supplements is protein is pretty crucial right after your work out, helps your body rebuild. as for the creatine that seems like a really high level to load just starting out :S. I've been taking superpump250 which is a pre-workout supplement, has about 1.5grams of creating than the NO which gets your blood flowing. I didn;t start taking mass supplements till like day 35 of p90x, on day 45 now but keep up the awesome job!

  • What you bought will work just fine. There are so many opinions that after a while it can be overwhelming. I'm partial to Beachbody's supplements (just did a video on that the other day actually), but I've also used GNC and the Vitamin Shoppe. You're off to a good start dude. Keep pushing play!
