No one speaks Italian outside of Italy. Maybe a few small islands. At least there are 3 large/important countries in Europe that speak German; Germany, Austria, Switzerland. Germany is more useful than Italian.

They do not speak Italian in Austria. The official language is German. Sure you may have some people that speak it, but no great majority. In Switzerland, there are very few Italian speakers, the major languages there are German and French.
Ferari are so incredibly annoying! They haven't even bothered to put out their 09 car for testing. Every other one does it, but not Ferrari, noooooo. We have to go around looking on stupid forums and Gazetto Della Sport into another insight on an even uglier ferrari
because i am a ferrari fan. I want to know how they are doing, not have to search for an F2009 when the McLarens and the Toyotas and everyone else have already put theirs out
well if you are a true ferrari fan then you would agree that we dont want anyone knowing about our car, because we want to win. williams have their car out because they have no chance of winning anyway. So just be patient and wait for its unveiling.
As for it being ugly, name me an ugly Ferrari F1 in the past 12 years or so...
All Ferraris were beautiful. The F248 had a rather weak red and a square nose but all of the Ferraris looked very good.On the F2008 there are too many fins. Agree? By your rule "if you were a true F1 fan you won't want F1 annoyed by fins!" Your above comment is naive. If you were a thinking Ferrari fan, you would know that for Ferrari to dominate once again, they have to do testing with the new cars. Hence their slowness in 2005, they got comfortable and fell behind on development
My take on why they are taken longer is because they are doing something completely new, a completely new chassis perhaps? Well, perhaps not as radical as that but it woud be smart considering the new changes coming, perhaps the current design of F1 chassis aren't very compatible.
I mean, that would explain why BMW already has shown interim cars - because they are relying heavily on the 08 car.
But Ferrari isn't the only team that 'seems' to be lagging behind on KERS, Renault as well.

no one has put their exact cars out.
some are using 08 aero with 09 downforce levels, others are using interim aero parts.
