Beautiful Pelican footage Geoff. Really enjoyed the slow-motion capture - especially at the end as the Pelican went to make her landing. It's amazing how they can get so close to the surface while still in mid-flight/glide.

Great video -- I love pelicans! We get the American Whites here, they come in early summer and I always try to spend at least one morning or two watching and photographing the big flocks that congregate on the nearby rivers & lakes. They are fascinating and fun to watch...always sad to see them head for warmer climes in the fall.
