@ixnacium its hard to understand a good half in english because alot of it comes from the writer's head as it comes to him, the chorus about the snakes is about peoples' hands in a rock show making a shadow on the wall of the concert hall and how their hands looked like snakes, so the crowd is a snake pit, its kinda heavy stuff, i have trouble getting all of it in one take

i've heard from several people that the band has much better instrumental skill then vocal. in my opinion it's true (the instrumental is _intense_ in this song and in many of their other tracks), but that doesnt exactly mean it's terrible....the singing actually really goes along.
