I work at a call center. Amazing how many idiots are in the world. Truly amazing and there are millions of them. Just when you think you heard it all..another one comes along. Can't quit smoking.
Luckily, I worked in the Collections Department, for a long-distance company, so I didn't have to take many inbound calls. I got to shut off people's long-distance, when they didn't pay their bill.
I've been fortunate that in all these many years I have only been forced to call tech support on two occasions or so and they were always very helpful. Of course, who knows what faces they were making at the time?
Either circular right shift your mind to drop the rot byte from your attitude -or- circular left shift it to add one's compliment temporarily to your ego! ;-)
It a MAD MAD MAD...I occasionally get stuck attempting to troubleshoot problems with "technical support software" ... for some reason, it's nearly impossible to explain to company's why it's a-little-inefficient to attempt to continually fix software written in 1962.
I hate myself for choosing this Job....after 4 long years Ive decided to study furthur and locate a proper job where I can implement my skills.
But I have to thank this job as its shown me how tough and competative the world is.....!!

Really nice vid, I know the pain, thank god I'm not working at helpdesk anymore, moved to the developers after my degree.
