I was once a Christian, but then I began to look outside the box. It's nice to believe in, don't take this the wrong way, fairy tails, but it's illogical. Religion is mans way of making sense of nature, the great thing about the present is we are beginning to unravel some of natures mysteries. In my opinion religion is just a phase in human evolution. Give us ten thousand years or so, if we don't annihilate our selves, and we will accumulate enough knowledge to have no need for religion. Peace.

I was once a Christian, but then I began to look outside the box. It's nice to believe in, don't take this the wrong way, fairy tails, but it's illogical. Religion is mans way of making sense of nature, the great thing about the present is we are beginning to unravel some of natures mysteries. In my opinion religion is just a phase in human evolution. I think people give too little credit to themselves, when they say "God" helped me out, and if it wasn't for "God"... We make our own miracles, what happens to us happened as a result of our actions. god created man in his own image, but he gave us the oppurtunity to make our own decisions, he gave us freedom. he could just as easily have made us absolutely perfect and forced us to praise him, but what would be the point and the benefit to know that we arent choosing to love and worship him, but are forced to? would you rather force a person to love you or have them love you naturally, by their own decision?

Where do the heck did you get that? If you read the bible, you see that God CLEARLY is against that. He even says that those who DO engage in such activities and teach to do so, will spend an eternity in hell. There are people who "Masquerade" around behind christian professing and titles who use them to take advantage of vulnerable people somtimes. That's the thing, God is merciful. That life in hell is for those who never acknowledge their wrong doing and the need to confess to God and ask for forgiveness and as the bible say "TURN AWAY FROM YOUR WICKED WAYS" See, you can't just keep doing something then think, I can ask for 4giveness. The bible says, turn frokm your wicked ways. If you do this, and Confess Jesus as a your lord and savior, you are saved from an eternity in hell. At least he gives a way to redeem yourself.

No, u c God is a just God, he wont send someone to hell because he's mean. He gave us a law, the ten commandments. You break them, he must up hold his law and send you to hell. Thing is, he became a man, died on the cross w/ the wrath of God being poured out on him, thus paying for our fine. You and broke his law, he paid the fine. Simple as that, unless you repent of your sin, and place your faith in the Christ, you will go to hell!
