Okay, so I knock out Venus, and they still pwned me. To add insult to injury, Venus may have been ko'd but still kept casting White Wind.
In the first fight on Floor #65 they were hard but manageable. Second fight on the Corel Train I beat them on the first try but it was hard. Figured after Diamond Weapon my party was ready for Midgar even at Lvl 66 and w/o any counter(blue) materia or 4xMagic.
I shouldn't have been able to beat the bosses leading up to them so easily, thats the issue.
How can I go into the code and just remove them from the game? This 3rd version of them is impossible to beat, they seem to be in Crisis Core mode(non-turn based battle for them). And you can only get one escort guard as far as I can tell up to this part, so tornado keeps killing me, and the cpu knows it. .
I beat Proud Clod easily(and sloppily) and then leveled up 20 levels and still can't compete with these guys. Up until these juiced characters, the mod was perfectly balanced
@jackj312 Just use wizard bracelets with elemental protection and have a character with 3 or more counter attack materias and cover and defend and these guys are not that hard. You have to have some pretty good materia mastered though.
@veteran0121 Wizard Bracelets with 6 defense? I would be dead from their physical attacks in one turn! You must be as good as GarlandtheGreat. For the rest of us, how do we beat these assholes? You can't even attack them w/o prompting a counterattack and they constantly heal themselves near the end! I will have to keep trying until I get a lucky limit break at the end. Their counter attacks preempt your commands from the previous turn! WTF
No, that's not it. There are Solider Second and third Class enemies in Shinra HQ, so these would be harder versions of those, with personality to boot.

Is fixed, will be released soon.
I admit that fight is broken. The whole assult mission will be harder in the next release (not the soldier fight though).
