As long as the Koi and WaterShader mods stay seperate (WaterShader breaks OptiFine, and laptop players like me can't run the game without OptiFine). But yeah, that is cool. Combine with a Japanese texturepack like OkamiCraft (which unfortunately is only 1.6 compliant currently), and you've got extreme awesomeness.
