  • Great set up bro. I'm working with a small space too. Also, hiding the wires is nice. Good work. Ending the video with King Kong is classic:)

  • that thing (amp) above the denon is a amp?? subwoofer amp??

  • ive been into highend car audio/ home theatre for at least the last 20yrs., and yours is really by far the cleanest one i've come across., def my favorite., great job andi hope you enjoy it., lots of hard work and thought goes into something like this, not to mention money., but i know the enjoyment is well worth it., A+from me brother, i LOVE IT

  • what speakers you got man ?

  • Easier with cables in smaler areas. Cool!

  • so every time you want to play a new game you have to go into a different room to insert the discs into each console?

  • sick ass setup mah nigga

  • This is...pretty bad ass man !

  • Nice clean setup man ... quality

  • Great job. Its nice to see HT enthusiasts utilizing small spaces. I agree with you in that you don't need a gazillion sqft to have a decent set up. While it would be nice to have, majority of people don't. Also, great job in hiding the wires and a/v equipment. Out of sight presents a certain wow factor when showing off the set up. Nice ending also. Can't go wrong with King Kong:)

  • Nice set up hows that remote I plan on getting one soon

  • great job man, your theater is well organized the way you hide the wires safely is great, and nice video very detailed .it really helps me. i will do the same to my home theater

  • Nice little theater! Have you thought about raising your center channel to the top of your stand? It'll be closer to ear level and should sound better if you do.

  • I like what you've done to maximize your space, good job!

  • How close is the viewing seats to the screen?

  • Wow. impressive job in a very small space. Great components.

  • Great Video and great setup, but I have a question how can you play video games if the ps3 and the xbox are in another room. ? Do you have special controllers or something ?

  • @GreekTraveler hey no need for special controllers. The Xbox 360 controllers use RF technology, so the signal goes through walls. The PS3 uses Bluetooth in its controllers, which also goes through walls. Try it when you get a chance--go in another room with your console on, and press a button....the button-press will register in the game!

  • greate job man, nice to see everything all the wires and everything hide that is the way

a home theater should look like mine will be done in a week or so look forward to sharing it. on youtube

  • @tires1463 I'm looking forward to seeing it!!

  • I like the idea of putting the projector in a separate space. Is there a glass pane in the wall opening for the projector?

  • @strobe9 nah, no glass--that would screw with the picture in my living room.(pets = hair on surfaces)

  • @BrolicBeast What screen you are using. It looks like the screen innovation to me.

  • Ur room is very nice! A+ nice upgrade, welcome to the world of projection and screens. My screen hangs on the wall 24/7 (fixed screen) I had a roll screen it will crinkle over time and have waves and look terrible. I designed My screen it brings character to my room ppl see it N love it. My screen is 8'x4'. But I guess to each it's own, ppl said the same thing about flat panels when they came out. Enjoy it looks great!

  • are you getting dish network vip922 rec with built in slingbox should be released in April.

  • @ramo1050 I'm holding out for Dish Networks next set-top box w/ Google TV that they announced at Google I/O

  • doesnt that hurt your eyes sitting that close

  • @NINOBROWN917 hurt my eyes? no way!!!!! i'm further than the minimum recommended viewing distance.

  • Nice, nice :)

    5* Stars ;D

  • Thanks man!

  • Awesome dude. I just have a simple 5.1 setup in my apartment. My mini home theater. Peace

  • Hey bro, you've got to start somewhere. In a few years, you'll be beasting with theater gear!

  • Great Upload

Added it to the Home Theater Video Playlist

    One question

Did you acoustically treat the roum(pannels bass traps etc) or plan to ?????

  • Nah no acoustic treatments here. The room is also my living room. I use Audessey Room Correction.

  • i have read that the Audessey MultiEQ is the best EQ system in the world

Did it work for your room? did it creat a unified acoustic chamber like in the theaters ???

From what i read in the magazines it is supposed to do so.

  • I'm so jalous man. I wish I had a projector like you do. Have a cinema in the house :P

  • lol you will get a projector soon!

  • what happened to ur flatscreen????? deicided you didnt need it

  • Nope, i had no use for it--i put it in the bedroom instead (Where i previously was against having a television in the bedroom) I had the realization that i want EVERYTHING on the big screen, so i ended up not mounting the flatscreen on the wall behind the projector screen! lol....life is full of surprises.

  • thats cool i usually need somthing to fall asleep to lol im getting a used rear projection 65" mitsubishi ws 65515 for 500 dollars 1080i is all i need

  • 500 Bucks? that's an excellent deal--but you know for 500 additional dollars, you can get a 50" 1080i Flat Panel!

  • great video as always. Loved the end, that's what it's all about, big screen, great sound and a movie.

  • Thanks Anoon, that sentence sums it all up!! big screen, great sound, and a movie!! Nothing matches the feeling you get when getting that experience in your own home. Are you any closer to selecting a projector? Did you get a chance to check out the Panasonic AE4000?

  • Yea I was eyeing it out prior to you telling me about it. Seem the consensus is that it's a GREAT projector, and performs like a $3000 projector but at the price of $1999. I know it would be awesome but it's still a little more than I'm ready to spend right now. I'm the impatient type so I just want something I can pick up right away that is a solid performer. I don't even mind getting an older but high performing projector as long as it closer to my $1500 price range. I'm willing to go up $1750

  • Nice setup, is a 22 inch LCD TV too small for Bluray?

  • Not at all. You'll be able to see the quality difference easily. My i think that's kind of small though how far are you away from it usually?

  • nothings to small just depends on how far away you sit a 22" is a pretty decent size my computer screen is 20" widescreen and its nice a big and im about 3.5 feet away from it right now

  • Thanks man......In my experience, anything under 20 is just too small. 22" is good as far as it's your computer monitor like Joeldude76; if you sit any further away, and the difference in resolution is just too hard to detect.

  • @BrolicBeast The TV would be My TV not my computer monitor, What about a 24 inch or a 26 inch?
