The late Frank Gliber had the call of the 1st few NCAA Womens Final Fours. The NCAA began sanctioning a Womens Basketball Championship in 1982. Prior to this time a group called the AIAW was the sactioning body for womens college sports.

I uploaded both halves, BTW.
YouTube changed the maximum time limit recently. It went from 10 minutes to 15 minutes and now I don't know what it is. I received a notification that my account was approved beyond 15. I guess you have to upload a certain number of videos and be a "trusted" user and then they expand your maximum.
Makes it much easier. I wish it happened a year or two ago when I was editing football games after every play to squeeze within 10 minutes.
