a jailer is someone who opresses people. there can be many different interpretations for the metaphor. for me, it's about racism, but that's because of my experiences with racism. The only thing I can say for sure is that she's talking about someone who considers some people "inferior" and she calls that someone (or group of people) "jailer" (or jailers). So it's also about modern slavery, etc.

They all have the same format and everything...very basic. But, there really is no artistic quality in that.
