There was a fire truck with working flashes on side of the road.

EVERY driver with BRAINS would have slowed down and been cautious because who knows what may be the reason why the fire truck is there. Maybe someone is laying on road. Maybe there is some oil on road. Maybe there is risk of fire. Maybe there are rescue workers on road. Who knows.

The driver is complete idiot. He should have died in this accident because he doesn't belong on road.
