My friend is a Baha'i from Iran and her brother's grave was destroyed. Prophet Muhammad said: "There is no compulsion in religion". Therefore, a true Muslim, or Christian, or Jew should never try to compel others to their particular form of religion. Desecration of graves is a hideous outrage which demonstrates how corrupted the followers of some become. In the long term, this is just another example why the leadership in Iran is corrupt morally, and why persecuting the Baha'i Faith will just make it stronger. Unfortunately for Iran, they can't destroy the means for the technology to leave the country and be shown around the world. The very technology they try to stop will also stop their progress. They must adapt with the times or become poorer. Which one they will choose is entirely their choice - the poison or the antidote?

You have to realize, many of the people in this video were probably killed for their faith. Their bodies were not allowed to be buried in the city because the clergy consider them heretics and infidels, so they had to build their cemetery out in the wastes.
And even there, it isn't safe. These people were persecuted their whole lives, and now even their corpses aren't left alone. And this is but one of many cemeteries this has happened to.

I have never had a graveyard bulldozed where I live, and much less so without contacting the families and allowing them to relocate the remains. What society do you live in where it is commonplace to desecrate graves?
There is one in my town so old that some of the gravestones have been worn down to almost nothing by the ravages of time.
But I assure you, no one has ever just gone through it and bulldozed people's gravestones. It's not as if the space was needed, as they made sure to put the bahai cemetaries far away from town because they consider bahais "unclean" and thus unfit to be buried alongside muslims.

I lived in the city of najafabad for 17 years and have seen cemeteries being torn down and converted to parks or recreational facilities. If you are familiar with the city you'll know what I'm talking about. basically every cemetery will undergo th esame process after so many years following the last barrial (according to islamic rules) regardless of the faith of its dead! I don't know what the videographer is implying here?

You have to realize, many of the people in this video were probably killed for their faith. Their bodies were not allowed to be buried in the city because the clergy consider them heretics and infidels, so they had to build their cemetery out in the wastes.
And even there, it isn't safe. These people were persecuted their whole lives, and now even their corpses aren't left alone. And this is but one of many cemeteries this has happened to.

The Jews expected a very literal interpretation of what was written in their Book. They expected their Messiah to rule by the sword, sit on the throne of David, and promulgate the law of Moses. Jesus fulfilled all of these things they expected in an allegorical sense, but to their eyes he didn't fulfill any of them.

But to believe that God transformed from an infinite and uncontainable being into a creature of dust? That would lower God.

We can't be absolutely sure it was specifically the government, only that the government did not prevent it (or catch the perpetrators) and that the persons who did it had access to bulldozers.

the muslim graveyards cover a much greater area, and in an area that is worth more. plus, government agents destroyed this plot. you do not send government agents to simply flatten an area of land like any other. this is simply disrespect for the dead, and for the baha'i faith.

There is one in my town so old that some of the gravestones have been worn down to almost nothing by the ravages of time.
But I assure you, no one has ever just gone through it and bulldozed people's gravestones. It's not as if the space was needed, as they made sure to put the bahai cemetaries far away from town because they consider bahais "unclean" and thus unfit to be buried alongside muslims.
This was an act of hatred. How can you deny it, and why would you try?

but i think in this case ( if we consider the old graves) the grave of "emam reza" or "khomeini" or "bhesht zahra " should be first because they are in center of the cities and takes a lots of space

you guys need to relax. this has nothing to do with bahai faith. I lived in the city of najafabad for 17 years and have seen cemeteries being torn down and converted to parks or recreational facilities. If you are familiar with the city you'll know what I'm talking about. basically every cemetery will undergo th esame process after so many years following the last barrial (according to islamic rules) regardless of the faith of its dead! I don't know what the videographer is implying here?

I just said it; this is a common procedure for ALL cemeteries regardless of the faith of the dead. and yes they did that to my own great grandfather's grave and it made no damn sense to me to beat myself in the head over it. if they don't do this, the entire city would end up as a cemetery. tell me then, where the fuck would the living live? stop getting all excited about your dead and start doing good for your living.
