Thanks for the share. I had my L5-S1 fused 10yrs ago when i was 15... Thx to a grade 4 spondylolisthesis. It was incredibly painful but 10yrs later I just carried a 10lbs baby (c-section thanks to the fusion... Baby couldn't descend)... Anyways... Wish i did the same as you so i could look back on what I've overcome. Good luck to you and your recovery.

Oh and how's the dissectomy (sp?)... They didn't have those back then... They just bone grafted me... With rods and screws.

Hi. Thank you for the videos. They have been soooo helpful. I am having a fusion on April 1st and your videos helped me stay calm and I kinda know what to expect now. I was wondering....there is a concert coming up in July that I really want to go to but not sure I will feel up to it since it will only be 3 months after my fusion. Can you give me any advise on how you felt after 3 months and if I will feel like going to this concert. Thanks again : )

hi i got a question. i had the same operation 2 months ago. i am experiencing some nerve pain down the leg again , esp when i lie down for a long time and sit back up. the pain lasts for less than 1 minute every time and then it fades away. i am also experiencing some pain with my knee joints which i never had before. and sometimes i feel pain down my tail bone which is really weird.

do you feel the same way ?? good luck with your recovery
