That is so cool fucking cool. it always suprises me that people don't see the rhythmic potential for all of this stuff, and not just from an IDM angle. could make some sweet minimal tech or hip-hop there.

Ah yes the Bitrman, incredible piece of equpiment. Why the Hell hasn't Alesis realized that they were fools for stopping the production of the ModFX pedals back all those years ago? The next wave of pedals really looked incredible...

Yea ! Makes you wonder huh. I noticed that the

price is rising for these on ebay as well.

And all the great custom makers are doing a "crusher" pedal . The "metavox" by alesis

is pretty amazing too.

Nice, you got the Metavox too eh? That was the first ModFX pedal that I got back when you could get them on Musician's Friend: I had to go into an eBay battle to get the Bitrman a few years later. I love how you can get everything from old-school sci-fi lab sounds to police sirens with the Metavox and the noise setting is like something straight out of Ministry when applied to vocals, very delicious piece of gear.
