u can go there at any lvl, but will get killed if your under lvl 68 or if your a pally you can probably go there at lvl 67 or something.

lich king isnt an expansion but a replacement, everything you worked for a year would be reset for different gear, all your gear is shit now, thats exactly whats going to happen in the next "expansion".

Death knight is a class just like a mage or a warrior. You start at level 55, but there are no differences.

No, you cannot fly to Northrend. Northrend is an island located in between Azeroth and the Eastern Kingdoms. It is in the northern part of the ocean in between them. You CAN (CAN) use flying mounts in Northrend, but not to get to it.

I would think the lvl cap for the first area would be like 68-70 then 70-72 etc. But u probably can't get there unless you're around 68.
