  • Jin Choi training is an amazing boost to your workout. These are pretty decent, what I can suggest though, maybe it's not taught the same within your wing chun, is to add more rotational power in the hips. My understanding is that a large component to the battle punches is rotation of the upper body with each punch, adding power and torque to the strikes. It's a missing idea to many WC people, not that you are missing that, just saying that it helps make this drilli that much more useful.
