I've seen prices for a starter kit anywhere from ~$40 to $150+. Once you have that, you only need to buy nicotine refills (either new cartridges, or just the liquid to refill the ones you have) which is much cheaper.
You'll also occasionally need to replace the battery and atomizer in case they wear out or break, but you can buy those separately and don't need to pay for a full starter kit anymore.
Overall, it winds up being much cheaper than "real" cigarettes.
I have mini and I have to say this....I bought this as an alternative to smoking and didn't realize what happened to me until it was too late..lol. I have mini and I have to say this....I bought this as an alternative to smoking and didn't realize what happened to me until it was too late..lol. I used my E Cig for several weeks and woke up one day and just had no desire to smoke anymore! I have not had a smoke from either tobacco or the e-cig in 6 weeks with no cravings whatsoever. It really is an amazing device. Worth every penny and I recommend it.

I'm pretty certain 95% of smokers already know smoking is bad for them. There are many reasons why people start smoking, and one main reason why they continue, it's an addiction.
I'm also pretty sure pot is worse for your well being (not talking specifically about physical health here) than cigarettes.

Ok, first, it's not smoke, it's vapor, it vaporises the nicotene, and hence it doesn't smell bad to others, it doesn't affect others and the 'smoke' disappears in seconds so no, you're wrong, the issue of second hand smoke is gone, even in no smoking locations you can smoke this legally. Last but not least, if potentially saving the lives of smokers is pointless then yeah I guess it is. That's just heartless.

I'll stay addicted to nicotine forever but now I can get my nic hit without all the side effects of smoking (like lung cancer, heart disease-those kind of things). Been smoking for 40 years and tried everything to quit but I never really wanted to - now I don't have to! I don't like tobacco but I love my nicotine!!

this is a real smoke. in the catridge is a liquid which conatins nicotine and some other stuff which a real smoke has. so practily it is a real smoke. are you wanting to do this? do u already smoke?

No, it's not. It's just nicotine, flavorings (if any), and propylene glycol to get it the smoke effect (they use it in fog machines). Smoke is comprised of totally different materials, since it is a product of combustion, a chemical process. This propylene glycol vapor is a -physical- change. It goes from liquid form to gaseous form. No CO or toxic gases and carcinogens like a cigarette.

there was a man, my grand-grand-father.. he smoked a lot since he was 15, i mean really lot... he died when he was like 92 years old... the thing is, there are people smoking coz they love to be the cool one, matching into our human_world.. and there are people enyoing the good one tabbaco, i know many of both... so which one do you think are e-smokers :) ah and of course they will need to have this e-cig because it looks, like they are still the cool one (maybe cooler than smokers-enjoyers) ;-)

They come in different flavours. They do not cause any sort of disease because there is no chemicals. Just nicotine (Which is not a toxin, just addictive). You know when you have smoked a single cigarette based on feeling, and a normal cig has about 15 drags.

Also I might add, I was informed that adding a couple drops of the liquid right into the atomizer will help give better and bigger puffs, so it REALLY feels like you're smokin a real cig, and much less like a light cigarette as I mentioned in my last comment there. So worth it!

Well, I just got mine in the mail tuesday, and Im pretty impressed with it. Its more like smoking an ultra light cigarette as far as strength goes, but it kills the hankering for a real smoke pretty damn well. Plus its tasty too! Doesnt taste like cig smoke at all, but more like the sweet odor of unburned cigarettes. Its something that ya gotta get a little used to really, but it definitely works. A MILLION times better than the gum or patch.

You can reduce the strength of the nicotine, eventually down to zero if desired, I'm using mine to help me quit although it is neither designed or marketed for this purpose.

this is not a stop smoking aid, it delivers nicotine just like a normal smoke but without the harmful chemicals, i've tried it and infact, it enables you to obtain that once loved head rush but without the coughing and sore lungs of chain smoking.

Because the offer normal amounts of nicotine, down to 0 nicotine cartridges allowing you to follow the tested and proven method of easing off of nicotine addiction by reducing the amount of nicotine in the cigarettes you smoke until you finally go off of them altogether.
This however, would allow one to still conduct the ritual of smoking with 0 nicotine for a time to ease the final step of the transition. Also, nicotine is not the cancer causing part of smoking, the tar etc. from burning is.

I'm in the process of quiting... I'm on day 7 without a puff. I am dying slowly inside. I really want a smoke and if I had this e-cig, I would definitely take a puff. I just want to know why are there so many chemicals put into cigs? Weed is illegal and yet, it only has the chemical THC which is not nearly as harmful to you as cigs.

Right, but there arent the OTHER toxic substances, like tar, ammonia, cyanide, and about 4000 others, making it much LESS toxic. And the "smoke" part of the E-Cigarette is Propylene Glycol, which is in many many food products, skin moisturizers, and most notably, stage fog. Stage fog, nicotine and flavoring, thats about all you would be inhaling. Ill take that over cyanide any day.
