Green bottle is a glitch in early releases of Twilight Princess. In the beta for the game Link was able to use magic and green chu (can't spell for shit) jelly was to replenish your magic meter. After the beta the idea was scraped... So no magic for Link :(

In the first release of Twilight Princess there was a glitch that a Blue Chu and a Yellow Chu would merge to make a Green Chu.
