Then she broked the arm of that muscular woman at 4:16. She really broke the arm of that woman, look carefully at 4:19 the unnatural and sudden movement of the arm, and the successive reaction of that woman, just look her face and her expression, and she is no longer able to move the arm, then the video was cut. @tempspamail It probably wasn't a break--there was no 'snap' sound and she would have been screaming bloody murder. Also, it's very rare to break the lower arm by arm wrestling. The rare times a break occurs, it is almost always the upper arm. More likely looked like something popping out of place---possibly her elbow joint.
