The numerals at the end indicate the year it was recorded, not the year it was broadcast. And I remember the reason it was postponed, which was the release of Terry Waite. That happened in November 1991. I've checked my Youth Spectacular tapes and it was definitely recorded in 1991.

Hi - as the description says it was broadcast in 1991 - they say at the start 'postponed from last Autumn'. The numerals at the end indicate the 1991 broadcast. If it was recorded Sept 1991 then 'postponed' the broadcast numerals should say 1992?
