Sonic colors has a tendency to "play itself" for far too long, and the things you can do in unleashed are way limited in colors such as the quick step and drift or even gaining more energy for the boost meter. ie. in colors, you have to be in a special section in order to drift or quickstep, in unleash you can do either or at your own will. Also, the levels were funner to me in unleashed

Its annoying how all the Act 2's (apart from Windmill Isle) are just like a single path across a massive bottomless pit. I think if they'd have had the time they could have made all the DLC maps and the Act 2 and 3's into proper, non-bottomless-pit-happy stages. I badly hope they use this engine on the next sonic game. Fuck the Werehog and the countries... I wanna see daytime Sonic in crazy Mobius environs XD

Actually, Sonic games have always been on Earth. The name Mobius came as a mistranslation of Yuji Nakka talking about the Mobius Strip gimmick in Emerald Hill or something...It stuck in the American cannon, but it's always been earth. Green Hill Zone is supposed to be located around New Zeland, for example.

You don't have to subscribe to XBL Gold to buy these levels.....and considering that most other dlc is sometimes twice the price of these, i think that it's not that bad. But I'm never subscribing to XBL Gold; you're right about that one especially seeing as, as you say, the wii and ps3 do it for free.

imo, the expansion pack sucks, half the day levels are the original levels, just with extra spike pits everywhere, and thay have taken the fun out of the other two by giving you about 9 rings per level or none. i bought this and now i wish i hadn't.

Agreed. I admit, I didn't like the Werehog's gameplay - that's why I hate the WiiS2 version, 5-minute long day for a half-hour night... In the same god damn area too.

I loved the werehog, because his gameplay was similar to other games I play, but I have to agree that the day stages are the reason that I bought the game. Seeing how SEGA is releasing DLC, I think it would be pretty cool if they released a whole new area in the game all together. That way it feels like you're playing a new level, instead of a remake of an old level.
