BTW My favorite Trueblade character is Soanbaruke because he is a mystery, he teached Ike to masterize Aether, he has his own SS-rank sword, he is a descendant of Soan "The White Lion", he is a Branded, he builded a nation of Branded and he is a True King without a doubt.

It is likely the work of resolve. It increases Spd, and thus Avo, but it isn't shown in the combat window. Even though it still shows 100%, resolve would make it lower.

So, an interesting thing learned with Mia vs. Stefan. Resolve can really mess up doubling. In this example, Mia hit Stefan, Stefan hit her, and then Mia doubled. The first hit of her second double-attack brought Stefan down to resolve range, which made him fast enough to double Mia. In essence, the attack went Mia -> Stefan -> Mia -> Stefan in a single round. Never knew it would go down that way.
