Even though I haven't actually learned one of your riffs in quite a while, the other day I realised that I have actually gotten soooo much better at playing by ear. I can listen to a song and almost immediately play it. I haven't thought about this for ages, but I actually think it is at least partly because of your riffs. As a result of this, I am now getting much better at making my own riffs, as well as playing all of my many instruments.
