i am very prone to getting ill and my allergies to dust pollen all fury animals and flowers dont help!! if u want advice dont stifle and ALWAYS blow your nose dont sniff it up!

You really shouldn't stifle if you have a cold/flu. Doing that sends "the material" back into your sinuses, and can cause a longer infection as well as sinus infections.
