  • sounded exactly like burial raver at the beginning. also scubas flash addict sounds a lot like the beginning.

  • sounds likes heels walking in the beggining :)

  • He always blow my mind.

  • He's really alluding to Burial's vocal sampling techniques here.

  • They probably cut up the samples. In fact im 100% he does.

  • kinda sounds like early Aphex Twin at times

  • ALL of these comments are "@" comments o.o

  • Such a beast to drop this! fuckin love it!!!! That first bass hit is like a rocket!

  • @nickwol12753 There's no amen in this track.

  • @vegeta897 yes it does, and if you don't believe me, read the fucking story of DJ Learn Rock in reload magazine.....

  • @nickwol12753 If there is, it surely isn't recognizable, nor is it the main beat. The featured break in this track is the Funky Drummer break, if I'm not mistaken. If I am, it most assuredly isn't the Amen.

  • @vegeta897 check out the site whosampled and go search Ramadanman - Don't Change For Me

it saids also that it is the amenbreak (btw sorry for my bad english)

  • @nickwol12753 It's great that some site says it, the main drum track in this song is absolutely not the Amen. Have you heard either the Amen or Funky Drummer? Go download them and pitch them up and tell me which one it sounds like to you.

  • @vegeta897 maby you're right, but it's kinda strange that Dj learnrock saids it's the amen, and more people said it,

  • @vegeta897 pitched down hot pants (fools gold) break right there.

  • @nickwol12753 lol somebody's pretending they know something about breakbeats!

  • @paulkillshoes hahaha

  • this is fuckin awesome

  • breaks are funky drummer sample @ 140.. bit of reverb der tho

  • Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice!

  • Jungle returns?

  • holy crap this is amazing! a year old? i'm seriously out of touch. better late than never i guess.this is genius!

  • @1zeroten Late? I could have sworn this was from the early/mid 90's.

  • @ryuhinomaru nah it's got a lot of early 90s influences for sure but it also sounds recent. Zomby's "where were u in 92" album, now that's got tunes that could have been taken straight from the 90s.

  • @ryuhinomaru sound quality is too sharp for that, you hear it's pretty recent, but i understand what you mean because of the range of sounds and breakpatterns

  • seriouss tune

  • 1:12 cruise speed on the 3 tones

  • Yes. Ramadanman is awesome. Saw him last night at Eve. Epic performance. Thank you Dave........

  • This is one of the most challenging tracks I've ever heard. It's just off putting enough to be exciting, and the strange aftertaste it's leaving me with has me curious for another bite.

  • @RexFromDefgab couldnt agree more, well said

  • any ideas where this vocal is from

  • @sicum100

Vocal is from JB Orchestra - Free Spirit

  • @sicum100 Vocal is from JB Orchestra - Free SPirit from 1990

  • Ramadubabreaka2steppingpongbukembyrdie!!!

    Who gives a S#$%!!!!

If you must lable this great track then there you have it.... If I've missed any genre just add to the end.

It's all Dance Music!!! There I said it!!

  • sounds like LTJ Bukem cross with Danny Byrd. sick stuff.

  • what? this isn't dubstep! where's the filth? where's the wub wub wub?

    haha just kidding. fucking sick

  • @snubbs741 Well played sir.

  • @snubbs741 lol you almost had me there

  • there's no way this is dubstep, it's more like dubstèp

  • This is old skool breaks if anything, but we don't need to pigeonhole it!! It's just ace!! Dubstep it certainly is NOT!! x

  • Comment removed

  • can't we all get along? RAMADANMAN!!!!

  • id say its dubstep

  • @texzhorns92 you would be wrong. you dont deserve an explanation, but dupstep is about the 2-step beat, which this clearly doesnt have. try drum and bass next time you guess.

  • ive tried doing that "ping-pong" effect on drums! it sounded shit. :(

  • I dont think dubstep should be confined to 140, alot of burial's tracks are no way near 140 and most people consider him to be a dubstep artist.

  • this shit is too sick. =]

  • This isn't dubstep?

  • @Anonyze why not? sounds like it to me? just got a lot of breaks influence

  • This isnt dubstep...

  • What the fuck just happened?!!!! Amazing!

  • @ everybody who just answered my question cheers, nice one guys!

  • the majority of stuff comin outs 140 right meow, and then you you get stragglers like doorly at 137 or cookie monsta at 143 and most reggae dub seems to be about 144

  • fuckin ramadanman is such a pro the vocals in every song are just epic... this is a prime example

  • Any ideas on the vocal sample in this?

  • amazing

  • oooyes..

  • bpm?

  • @BagheeraDub 140 maybe?

  • @TheJungleRabbit between 138-142 i expect

  • @12345l6789 yeah sounds about right

  • @TheJungleRabbit its 137 I counted.... =P

  • @BagheeraDub 137 I took the time to count for you

  • @BagheeraDub here is a BPM Counting site. web*forret*com/tools/bpm-count*asp replace * with . and replace - with _ and its simple to find bpms of any song if you can keep beat yourself.

  • fantastic.

  • smashed it

  • I like how in the intro the the bass booms seem to distort the percussions around, kinda like a stone falling in the water creates a wave that rocks your little toy boat...

  • such a tune

  • 4:03 - amazing!

  • Wow FUCK, thanks for the brain massage Ramadanman

  • what album/ep is this off. dig it!

  • Anthemic! This EP is too good, check out more of the tracks from this release on my channel. Big up Ramadanman!
