  • Ron Paul.

  • Mark Cohen is such a douche. Obviously way too much drug experimentation..... Amy Goodman needs a shower, with soap, BTW.

Do you really want to make a difference? Then act like a *** human being, not a sewer rat. Free speech? Hah!, I really saw who you were after the Fox news crew was assaulted. What's next, attack the CNN crew? You guys are against anyone who is mainstream. "Mainstream" meaning the way most American people think... Fuck your agenda, you fucking hippies.

  • lol. hahaha. you're funny- and obviously a bit instable. ever considered yoga or jazz therapy?

  • it wasn't jews who did 9/11 - it was international bankers seeking to take away Americans rights and civil liberties. Now, most international bankers are white and christian, so this whole thing about equating Jews with international bankers is absolutely flawed - its what the ADL does to stifle intellectual dissent. If most Americans understood the monetary system, they would have a revolution before tomororow morning.

  • If Americans understood where they actually stood in their society, they would absolutely all join Libertarians.

  • Aswightman,

The point is not to just join a party, the point is to accomplish something. As of yet the Libertarian party has done a terrible job of getting anything accomplished. I would love to support the libertarian party, but in most of the the interviews and speeches I've heard from Libertarians they all appear to be single issue half-wits. I can't support that. I never hear from the party until there is an election. Where is the libertarian party between elections?

  • Democracynow! LOL! YOu fucken leftist liberal cocksuckers! You nazi socialist red shirt wearing faggots! fuck you and your fascist underthoughts, go fuck yourselves!

  • lol. thanks for the laughs. when did you get out? read above- yoga; jazz therapy. lol. you are funny as hell.

  • Why are liberals always frowning and speaking in monotone? No wonder you libs want happy people unhappy. You have such massive voids in your life that you have to have a cause like 'animal rights' or 'no more war' or 'homosexual child rapers are people too'. Please improve your personal lives and go out in the bright shiny world and live life, don't sit around and mumble to each other about how miserable the world is.

  • FUCK FOX NEWS!

  • Amy Goodman = Ford Foundation Funded Controlled Opposition. she is a LIAR and a SHILL. 9/11 was an inside job.

  • Everyone knows the Jews did 9/11.

  • hahahahaha. yea.

  • Oh wait, there's actually morons who legitimately believe Jews did 9/11 in the comments. I guess most people here won't find it too funny then...

  • um..or could just be that jews are generally more organized, more discplined, and more progressive than your average redneck moron...therefore, it is more likely jews will end up in higher positions of authority than people who believe the earth was created 6,000 years ago, and some mythological figure who walks on water will come save them.

  • "Fascism sucks" written on the front of his shirt. That is so funny no comment needed.

  • Why oh Why do Liberals all look like non shower taking grease heads with aids. Men don't shave and women don't bathe. Weird

  • @ gypjet

why oh why do people always assume that individuals who believe in freedom, their civil liberties, and who oppose the unlawful and heinous war and torture carried out by the Bush administration are liberals.

  • 1)Because your idea of Freedom means to limit my ideas of freedom.

2)Civil Liberties were set up to be protected FROM the government, but you want the government to your bidding for you and make me pay for your sex change operations, abortions, lazy welfare mothers, and artwork that consists of Jesus in a jar of urine.

    3) As far as war goes, I would not worry too much about it because people like you enjoy living off of the sweat and blood of others.

  • I dont believe we need to rely on or government for -anything-. You see, Im a libertarian not a liberal, which means I believe in zero government involvement in our daily lives. Oh, and ive been working since I was fourteen years old to help support my family so we -never- needed government welfare. and guess what, we have never used it. so foot in your mouth. ass-hat. when the Right takes to the streets in DEFENSE of the Bush admin, then I might listen. Until then you are just brainwashed to me

  • How libertarian of you, name calling and I must be "brainwashed" because I don't agree with you. Enough said

  • i hope you're returning your parents social security checks. i'd hate for you to subject yourself to such blatant hypocrisy

  • Is the Nader campaign part of recreate 68 as they seem to have similiar objectives against the 2 party syestem on ending the wars and demanding open debates for third party candidates. They're holding a super rally in Denver on 1 of the days so if you're having trouble protesting with excessive security against protestors, it's worth coming to this rally.

Watch and share youtube video entitled:

"Open the Debates Super Rally: Challenge the System"

  • Both the Green Party and Nader's Independent Party oppose the two party system but I am personally opposed to political parties in general and so is most of the organizations protesting at the RNC and DNC.

Although opposed the political parties in general, I wish both Cynthia McKinney and Ralph Nader luck in their goals of creating a single party system.

  • Do you oppose government altogether, or are you saying you're oppossed topolitical parties and would prefer people running as ijdividuals?

  • Government altogether. I prefer not to have an oppressive hierarchal structure, but rather a horizontal, equal structure of organization where the state would be abolished.

  • Well, I don't blame you for feeling that way considering what this President and Congress has done to the country and to people in othre countries as well.

I support the idea of less concentration of power with the government, combined with more citizen activism at local, state and national levels. I do feel that practcally there needs some leadership, but leadership that doesn't forget they're suppossed torepresent the people and uphold the law, and citizens that don't allow them to forget.

  • I used to feel the very same way. Then I studied constitutional law, political philosophy and even began taking courses in things like that.

It's not as simple as having a "good ol' leader for the people who will never become corrupt".

There is a psychological aspect (in which I wrote about in my term paper) in all of us to naturally become corrupt the more we're in power.

Outdated checks and balances do not apply to today's society.

Oh, and I appreciate you being rational about all this.

  • I agree you can't rely on a leader as absoulute power corupts. An essential element to democracy that people have forgotten is citezen activism to constantly be keeping track of politicians and problems and constantly make demands on politicians.

I take it you're a supporter of Ni4D, and if you haven't heard of it I recommed you look it up, because it involves the people making laws and voting which empowers people over Congress.

  • Power corrupts ALL, absolute power corrupts ALL absolutely.

I used to be a strong advocate for the National Initiative for Democracy but recently, I've found my views more radical than that.

Law: the good don't need it and the bad will only break it.

  • "Law: the good don't need it and the bad will only break it."

Interesting thoughts and I agree to an extent. But I suppose without it, it's only human nature that people will always try to gain power.

I remember the book Animal Farm was based on the Russian Revolution in the transfer from monarchy to communism. There is actually nothing wrong with the concept of communism in people being equal, but in practice the book quoted:

"Everyone is equal, but some are more equal than others"

  • State Communism was portrayed in Orwell's book, no true Communism.

The quote referred to leaders being "advocates" of "communism" (equality and classlessness), yet they (the leaders) themselves were part of a class above the others.

  • I know. What I lked about that quote was showing that that the principle of equality in practise still established a hierarchy, because it is human nature to seek power.

That's why I accept the idea of government, but not without people also being citizen activists to constanly make demands on the politicians, and let them know their vote is conditional which people aren't doing right now. That's why the system's failing.

  • Well that's just where we agree. I argue that the system has always failed, there has always been a class in which was ruled over by both the majority and the rulers.

In a Democracy, majority rules. Therefore, minority is ruled.

  • to challenge those humans who say they have the authority. recreate 68 has my support, so does the RNC Welcoming Committee in Minneapolis. beautiful group of independent thinkers! fight the facists!

  • Hillary supporters such as myself are going to the convention to demand for a roll call! Delegates who "fell in line" behind Obama are having serious buyers remorse and are wondering if they made the wrong choice in supporting him. Party Leadership turned our democratic process for electing our partys nominee replaced by a Socialist Election Process where delegates Dictate who our nominee will be. There are many of us in theParty who will not sign on to the party socialist agenda. Join us.

  • lol

Much bigger things will be going on then...

Did you even watch the video?

  • It's not about Hillary she is a warmonger, she is the Devil.

she reminds me of the mother in Manchurian Candidate...

She is one of the Dems who voted for war, and she embezzles money, she is a puppet for anything big business wants... her health care plan wants to force us to buy Health Insurance, she conveniently became a senator in NY to share the patriotic glory of 9/11. she makes me sick. And I am a woman, any woman who stays with a man who cheats on her repeatedly has no respect from me.

  • Capitalist "Democrats" and Capitalist "Republicans" both want war. It's simply a matter of whether the war would be hidden from society or not.

Hillary Clinton makes me sick as well.

  • My political party is Compassion.

And my policies are love and respect for people's inalienable rights!

right on on the capitalists, they are willing to kill everyone for the mighty weak dollar. I am in Texas, and am not going to the DNC, I am a primary care giver. I spread the word on message boards and to the people of internet on my podcast, innervoiced (dot) podomatic (dot) com

  • When goods don't cross borders, guns will. Bring back the free markets. You left wing pukes do not understand economics. If there is America ever becomes a massive socialist state or a brutal communist regime, you can trust that I am not going to be there to pick up the slack for you lazy assholes. The working class wants economic independence, not to be dependent on a massive welfare state. Goddam you socialists are so out of touch.

  • If we actually made our own guns or any goods in this country then we could have a good free market, but Israel makes our guns, Russia, China, we don't make anything here any more.

  • Recreate '68!

  • Mark Cohen is a FACIST - his movement is not what it appears to be - see the truth. Recreate 68 and liberals like him are the true FACIST not conversatives. Read the book Liberal Fascism

Watch what these radical liberal groups will do - it will make the Chicago 68 convention look like a walk in the park - just wait.

These groups have a strong tie philosophically to Nazi, Communist, and Socialist, but they will deny what I have said here and they will call me the facist.

  • What's a facist? Someone who likes faces?

    don't you mean FASCIST?

And what's wrong with communism and socialism?

  • there is nothing wrong with the ideologies of communism and socialism. however, they cannot be applied REALISTICALLY.

  • Chicago was fun to watch on tv as a kid. I have GOT to get a ticket to Denver . Memories, from the corners of my mind......
