  • this is good man!!!keep going

  • how do people record stuff like this?

  • this has vague similarities to "heaven"(the empyrean). awesome job dude great feel think you capture frusciante but didnt imitate

  • You shouldn't have came um with the SG, cause Stratocaster it's highly important to "Frusciante Style"

Minus that, it's really beautiful :D

  • fucking great playing :) love that sound on your clean solo :) what amp r u using ?

  • wow! this is amazing!!

  • i can hear some gilmour in this too. lots of gilmour sounding bends.

  • btw hadnt seen the sg part yet before i commented haha you should change the tone on that part doesnt fit too well solo would work with better tone though

  • intro chord progression kind of sounds like bedroom lick , good job man :) watch my frusciante video recorded poorly but still good playing :)

  • Steve vai + JF = AddiktUK

  • What scale and key did you use?

  • good play with an excellent guitar! love those fenders

  • I Think The Part When The SG Comes In, Is When It´s Get F*cked up!

But A Side Of That, A Very Good Improv! :)

  • well what should i say... this is unfortunatley not to describe how BRILLIANT this was. great job dude!

  • you copy bedroom bedroom lick!!

  • This song is so relaxing, I use it to fall asleep, because it takes my mind off of everything from that day... Thank you for writing and posting this...

  • i love it

  • Cool as shit!

  • Impressive

  • does anybody know what chord he goes to after the a barre chord at the begining ????

  • Awesome, very David Gilmore style solos

  • how did you get the camera attached to the headstock?

  • @TasteForDisaster I'd imagine with a device that basically boils down to a c-clamp with a outstanding bolt for the camera to screw in (Most cameras have the female ends on the bottom for tripods). Just add a cloth or some other object to disperse the force, (otherwise you'd end up squeezing the stock too hard, getting unsighlty marks) and hit record.

  • @TheInvalidInput that's interesting, but where would I get the c-clamp and an outstanding bolt? and by c clamp I think you mean "capo clamp" am I right? oh and wouldn't the headstock feel a bit heavy after? do you think the weight could damage it? well, it doesn't really matter I guess, but please tell me how to make, or where to get that c-clamp with the bolt! thanks!

  • @TasteForDisaster No, I mean a C-clamp, the kind that you would use in a workshop. They also get called d-clamps, g-clamps, and the brits have a funny name for them that I can't quite remember :\ By outstanding bolt, would just be down the aisle in the hardware store. Offhand, you'd need like an 1/8th inch size maybe? Obviously, there would be some weight now on the head of it, but outside of an odd feel while you're playing, it shouldn't damage anything, unless it was very excessively sized!

  • The love child of David Gilmour and John Frusciante!

  • you deserve more views! excellent job!

  • I think the second guitar is abit too bluesy than most of johns guitar parts but still sounds awesome

  • really good.

  • so what if it doesn't sound like John's style? The main riff is obviously 100% Frusciante-like, both in style and skill. Lay off of this guy! he's a fantastic player and obviously very musically skilled...

  • amazing

  • Goddamn son! That shit was awesome!

  • anyone care to see MY piano song? My chanel :)

  • your setting please :)

  • The solo is like David Guilmour from Pink Floyd

  • some of the soloing sounds kinda gilmourish too... all awesome though!

  • the main riff sounds like scratches by john, the solo doesnt sound like him but still sounds very good

  • beautiful!

  • Sir psycho sexy outro, wet sand, before the beginning:P

  • this is sooo freaking awesome

  • this was really good. Keep em coming :D

  • great job , I love the way you express yourself on your guitar

  • I really like this...

  • That's just plain awesome!

    Keep doing this man!

Your playing style is very good!

    I love it!

    Keep making such compositions!

  • sei un GRANDE. Gran pezzo, bel tocco (pure piu' preciso di quello di John diciamo pure la verità :-D). Si vede che è un pezzo ispirato da Frusciante, bravo.

  • I close my eyes and I dream ! Thanks man for this really !soooooooooo GOOD

  • This Composition is so great... this is a good mixture from somethin' Funky to Bluesy... I'm lucky enough that I clicked this video randomly...

    Great Job... ^_^ b

  • what pentatonic did you use?

  • what key is this in?

  • this is very good on the ears. thanks for the nice jam man, keep on playing.

  • You are very talented guy, hope you be someone someday! :D

  • yeah!!! that was awesome..

  • yeah!!! that was awesome..

  • im gonna move to the UK in the spring. we may need to meet. i play bass and wrote songs ;) not bad by the way

  • This is a great instrumental! Way better than many "virtuoso" nonsense shredding...

  • @SpreadFL This piece does have a lot of emotion, however that does not mean that others that play fast do not have emotion with they play.. Please understand that I'm trying to cause a disagreement, just a valid argument.

  • if John was the author of this composition i would have tagged him as a genius. I guess i should use the same "way of valuing" with you... congratulations man! it's beautiful and exciting!

  • oh my god..it's amazing!

    j'ador!!!!!!!

  • Nice composition! .. but i don't like gibson :)

  • i love you, awesome!

  • good played mate! ;)

  • I've really enjoyed... congratulations!

  • HI ADdiktuk, Your composition its awesome, i wanna know if u can send me the tabs, i wanna play it :D thanks .

  • i started watching this, thinking it was going to suck. i was pleasantly surprised. is your guitar naturally aged?

  • Comment removed

  • Love your intro man, having some fun improving along to it myself :p

  • Truly beautiful well done man! :)

  • it sounds like a mixture of wet sand and desecration smile. really nice, keep it up.

  • Very nice, congratulations. Saludos from Chile

  • Awesome Dude!

  • i wish john would see this.

    really good!

  • Very good!!!! I like the video too...

  • it looks like the highway stratocaster

  • Awesome!

  • great

  • wow im impressed with the music.. the vid is cool too keep it up man nice work

  • gear used?

  • This is a mix from the Jam song My boy, my girl from rhcp and the wet sand hammer on and pull of technique the little riffs between the chords and his own style of soloing i almost came up with the same jam Nice sound ;)

    Greets Nick.

atleast what i hear in this song

  • which program has been made of the video??

  • Un mix de Wet Sand avec quelques petits coups de BedRoom Lick

  • AMAZING MANNNN

  • I think wet sand came from 'andy warhol' by david bowie

  • wet sand

  • the only thing thats "Wet sand" about this is that G pedal note he uses (Wet sand uses a "D", that D major suspension chord is pretty unique in this context. it's really it's own thing, no one can "own" those chords.

  • awesome job man! keep playing! never stop!

  • where's the guitar tab???

  • nice

  • Congratulations

    ♥!

  • The soloing doesnt really sound like johns style.

  • The solo it's kinda clapton

  • @onesidez he didn't say it was his style, he was just inspired by john. :)

  • @onesidez

Can anybody really sound like John? :P

  • @onesidez inspired doesn't mean he's trying to sound like him

you can be inspired by a number of things

  • @onesidez It says inspired by, not exactly like. Deal with it.

  • Doesn't it sound like Frusciante still good though.

  • That sounded amazing! very Frusciante. Next time you record your solo i would recomend you do it on your strat, but who the fuck cares. 5/5

  • Me too,please :):)

  • can you send me tabs

  • Amazing!:)♥

  • Great Job

I think the whole thing sounds like John...

Not only the intro, everything was great!

  • The riff you repeatedly play (14b16 12h14 on the g string and then the 14 on the d string), did you take it from Shine on You Crazy Diamond? ^_^

  • sounds alot like the my boy my girl jam (think it was a by the way outro)... great stuff

  • the start is like wet sand but he rest is really great:)

    Have you tbed it maybe?

If yes could you send it to me?

    Thanks;)

  • its like alot of chili peppers songs, midnight also comes to mind

  • sweet tone on the rythym guitar..i love it..good song

  • wet sand

  • great video. it sounds awsome. i like it.

  • is that a vintage strat, if so from what year?

  • think it's a '69

  • @AddiktUK

    are you sure?

cause your strat has a 70's head :P?!

  • @PaScal95xD Well I looked up the serial number on the Fender website a while ago, and it just said 1969 - 1970, so it could be a '70.

  • @AddiktUK

    okay thanks :)

    and

    i forgot:

    i really like it

but i would have played the distortion part with the strat :P

    but thats my opinion!

    :)

  • @AddiktUK keep playing man. our styles are very alike emotions are shown through our guitars. i really suggest yo get into pink floyd and david gilmour if you havent already. he will teach and show you how to exemplify pain from your soul into the guitar

  • @PaScal95xD 69s often had big headstocks.

  • @PaScal95xD nah, it prob is, they changed it in late 69. the previous one has fender written in gold and stratocaster in small font.

  • @PaScal95xD

That 70's headstock you're talking about(also called CBS headstock) was introduced in 65 or 66 when Leo Fender sold his company to CBS.

  • @Joenuh1991

    okay thanks :)

  • @21callum21 i have a feelin it's a re-issue just designed like it's a 69

  • i like this a lot

  • do you have tabs for that awesome playing?

  • nice! very frusciantic guitar

  • omg, amazing. . . o.o

  • i think it had abit of ur rock twist in it aswell was good.

  • Reminds me of Wet Sand somehow

  • ya dude totally me too

  • Yes, me too.

  • is that guitar vintage?

  • Nice !

  • Kudos, great job. John F and Anthony k are pretty much the bomb, not to mention chad and mike

  • i love it! i wrote my own song too. its funny: it sounds like that, but i hadn't heared it before!!!!????? thats crazy! but your song is so cool! keep it up?

  • awesome!

  • its sounds very much like the "My boy, my girl" jam by the peppers! great job

  • awsome

  • Great Mate!!

  • You really did something hear. Any one can play face meting solo's or run through Fade to Black or something perfectly, but to build a real composition with structure and be able to set a mood or capture something unique is much more difficult.

I am seriously impressed. Nailed it dude. KEEP IT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
