@Moppa824 It is a very good movie and definately one of the best but I do prefer The Shawshank Redemption as far as a representation of the human spirit. Forrest Gump shows life through the eyes of an innocent who achieves great things and that is good but Redemption shows how if you believe strongly enough in yourself and work hard enough you can make all things possible. I will not bash Gump because as I said I do enjoy it very much but as far as my opinion goes I like Redemption a bit better.

This is my favourite movie. My brother is a child with special needs and oh, God, I can`t believe I`m crying again. You have no idea just how much he gives. Forrest reminds me of him so much. They`re both pure, innocent souls, happy with little things, modest, they know love.
