No....this is an older one.  I think 2001 or 2002.

I have the 2001 and 2002 Eight Superstars. It must be prior to 1999.

I just checked...this album was from 2004. This is different from the 八大巨星 group. This is the NSR (New Southern Records)南方群星 group. The earliest one dates back to 1996. They've made CNY albums every year.

i originally thought that eight superstars and NSR superstars were the same group too because i saw some videos on 56.com where half of the members were from one group while another half from another. I even have an album with both NSR and eight superstars haha
