With over ten years doing repairs the things you just said are a joke. If your washer is walking on you and its on concrete either the rubber pads have come off, your loading very wrong or it needs repair. I’ve used these before and they only hold the washer in place, they do not stop it from vibrating.

Is it odd that a green gear reviewer has an inefficient top load washer? (To say nothing of that elderly furnace in the background). And I have a serious problem with the suggestion that these pads help the washer to run any more efficiently - I don't believe the laws of physics will allow that.

will it work for kenmore elite oasis not rockin off floor just makes floor flex n machine at 800 rpm will shake alot not jump around will it work for me washer

We also had a front loader that loved to vibrate. But I came up with an extremely simple fix that seems to work very well for our machine.
