Shit, they forgot to say that one of the amenities is that the summer gets to 115 degrees. You can have your desert, thanks anyway. The northern part and Sedona are beautiful, but Phoenix is lousy with highways, rednecks and Scottsdale women with BIG HAIR!

That's Paul Winfield, he played Captain Terrell in Star Trek II: The Warth of Khan and the Tamarian Captain Dathon in the Next Generation episode Darmok. He passed away in March 2004.
