I actually saw a Rare Akuma in the original Super Akuma's colors (Black gi, white hair, red skin and eyes) that was stronger than the commonly seen Rare Akuma. It hit Neo-Reaper Isabeau once and she frickin' blew apart. Was funny.

Yeah, it doesn't work all the time though. If it did, I would've used it sooner. Sometimes it grabs her, but her programming just makes some unmoving sprite take it's place instead. I was actually surprised when I pulled it off and it hit.

Eh, I don't recommend reading too much into an overpowered, recolored character. It's just there for decoration, I think.

Kula is a King Of Fighters character introduced in KoF 2000. She's an "Anti-Kyo clone" given ice powers to combat K' and the Zero Clone, I think. She can't really remember anything before NESTS got a hold of her and experimented on her.

I think my information is right. I haven't really checked on any KoF lore in a while.

Also, yeah, that's his kamikaze move; his other supers are similar to P.o.t.S's Shin Gouki AND the MvC supers, sort of. Like, Down, Down-foward, Foward + 2 Punches

Experiment with that in mind for other directions too. To stop time, hit both Strong Punch and Strong Kick when your super bar is above 3. To do that moon dropping move, press down three times and two punch buttons.
