What you need to do is On the main menu where it says " Single player" well you hold down L+R for 10 seconds then Press L and then Press R then, Go on VS mode and Pick R.O.B with Hes Original kart (The one shown in the video) then, go on Airship fortress and during the countdont hold down L+R+SELECT and when it says "Go" let go And then you can fly.

Press Select to fly once its done

And START to fall
