Whatever happened to Penny Flanagan? Such a talented songwriter and author.

I remember seeing Penny in one of the Sydney venues (either Selinas or the Steyne Hotel, I forget), it must've been the late 80's or early 90's because 1927 were on the same night. This petite little woman stepped up onto the stage, and suddenly there was this huge, powerful voice blowing us all away.

Amazing talent, and one of the best live performances I've ever attended.

What's she doing at the end? Ordering a bowl of soup? That's the universal sign for soup when ordering with your hands to help the waiter...
