@M3ssageT4k3n Xtraordinary, as much as I loved that tasty book, was freaking easy. Phantoms books are easy too (when Rennick was there), but their 2011 book (with Shane) was definitely a lot more difficult. It's actually one of the harder books I've seen. And they played it pretty well too.

any BD fans out there... sure, they look cool to the musically uneducated, and i suppose if 'drumline: the movie' holds any stock in your book, then yeah they must seem pretty great to you. but all it is is show, not cleanliness.

Phantom regiment is by far the cleanest drumline year after year (fact), and Paul Rennick is by far the best arranger (opinion, but a common one). No one blends battery with the rest of the ensemble better than he does
