I should probably clarify my anti-Brooks comment earlier: I've never met Larry Brooks, but I did spend some time covering hockey (college and Junior B). Yes, sometimes the writers have to ask "stupid" questions for a quote; Larry Brooks had a number of usable quotes here, as he did with their run-in in April 2007. Brooks was essentially baiting Torts IMO, and that's beyond unprofessional.

I hate to tell you this but when your coach sighs, puts his chin in his hand as he slumps over, and makes it a point to look exasperated whenever a bad play is made, it serves no purpose other than to embarrass the player.
