  • @Mustardootiger I don't know how you can possibly unbiasedly compare spec ops groups. Regardless, SAS may have been better then U.S. groups in their early years but there is no doubt in my mind that both Delta and w/e DEVGRU is called now are miles ahead of SAS.

  • based on some unbiased research SAS>JTF2=SASR=DEVGRU

  • Seals < Delta

  • The head of SOCOM,Admiral Eric T. Olson was a Navy SEAL. This is why DEVGRU(SEAL Team 6) was tasked with the job! Delta could've did it as well.

  • 1st SFOD-D>DEVGRU

    Both are badass though

  • @F3arTh3Sp3ar SF have the superior language and cultural training by far.

  • @bingbangboombing Im going to be sf someday

  • @F3arTh3Sp3ar You and me man.

  • WTF?! Can't even put a right picture. That's a picture of a Special Force mother fucker! Stupid stupid idiot!

  • @ASIANBOYZPRODUCTION Its a Green Beret theres a documentary with him and his team and this was in a doing civi outreach work the Taliban had banned games in Afghanistan so this is a great film showing our influence/presence in the region.

  • @USMCSC0UTSniper yes, it's Special Force commonly called, Green Beret or a military advisers to be politically correct. I've already watched that documentary and it's a great one.

  • @USMCSC0UTSniper Whats it called? I'd love to watch it.

  • A Special Mission Unit (SMU), in the United States Armed Forces, is a Tier-One United States Special Operations Command asset. Under the control of the Joint Special Operations Command, they are specially selected and designated units which are tasked with "special missions", sometimes referring to unconventional warfare, counter-terrorist activities, direct action, and/or black operations.

  • Lol, all those comments up above 1 year ago. Well Navy SEALs killed Bin Laden and literallly every special force unit including SAS was involved. But SEAL Team 6 were the ones to kill him.

  • @Wierdictator The S.A.S was only a reserve unit. If things got awry they'd be there to help. They were still in Afghanistan at the time waiting for orders.

  • and then they get him in pakistan without the pakistani government knowing any way.. *face plam*

  • I suppose we're talking about Operation Anaconda, I think the 10 or so operators/5 or so and CIA support team involved had their hands full. If BUSH would have authorized some more troops to support them it would have been a cakewalk, but since he sat on his hands...OBL got away over the border as everyone watched. The signals intel was OBL over a Sat-Phone after we carpet bombed their cave hideout.

  • Delta- takes people from every branch and MOS. aslong as they can pass the hard ass tests. thats why they pick mostly from Ranger/SF

Devgru- ST6 was banned in the 80s and replaced with Devgru. to keep Devgru a secret they keep saying ST6. only the best SEALS can get in. a marine i met also says some Recon Marines and MARSOC have been in the group.

  • Delta Force didn't kill Bin Laden, It was J.S.O.C.

  • @IdidRaysMother Delta Force is under JSOC

  • @IdidRaysMother Are you in idiot? Joint Special Opeartions Command did not kill Osama Bin Laden. They gave intel, JSOC is not a combat unit. The SEALs and Delta Force killed Bin Laden. Learn your information before you post something.

  • @MrOhiostateboy Am I in idiot? Look what you just posted and ask if I was the idiot.

  • @IdidRaysMother I just posted the facts! JSOC is intelligence used by the SEALs and Delta etc.

  • @MrOhiostateboy No you buffoon, Look at the beginning of what you typed. You said "Are you in idiot?" Do you mean are you an idiot or are you "in" idiot. You should probably learn to spell before calling me an idiot.

  • @MrOhiostateboy JSOC is the higher headquarters of Delta, ST6, Orange, Rangers assigned and whomever comes under there umbrella, Hence the JOINT Special Operations Command

  • @Richdanahuff Thats what I said did I not? JSOC is Intelligence/Headquarters for All U.S special operations..I know what Im talking about.

  • @MrOhiostateboy JSOC is NOT in charge of all special operations only CAG, DEVGRU, TF Orange, Rangers, 24th STS, NOT Special Forces(Green Berets), SEAL's, Ranger Regiment(not on support cycle)or C/A, MISO or any other SOF unit.

  • @Richdanahuff Yes they are! JSOC Is incharge of the SEALs, Special Forces, and MARSOC! My Dad was In SF I think I would Fuckin know....

  • @MrOhiostateboy JSOC is a different unit separate from USASOC the Special Forces do NOT fall under JSOC they never have. Who is your Dad? maybe I know him.

  • @Richdanahuff sorry dude, but with the JSOC readiness level echelon, SEALS and Green Berets are tier three, behind Rangers and PJs, but MARSOC is not under any other jurisdiction besides itself and SOCOM

  • @Richdanahuff Message me, and are you In SF?

  • @MrOhiostateboy sf is gay

  • @isoprepable And your queer as a steer so I don't give a shit...??? Get a hobby little kid

  • @MrOhiostateboy Your probably the biggest idiot on youtube. Every single comment on your video says your the biggest jackass breathing. Stop wasting my oxygen, stop wasting perfectly good space. Suck start a shotgun pleaseeeeeeeee

  • @isoprepable Yea im the idio huh! Exactly why you randomly posted a comment calling the United States Special Forces homosexual. And wasting your oxygen? What are you a facist? Every video I comment on is of mere correction or factual material. Suck start a shotgun? Have you ever even shot a gun?

  • @isoprepable wow where the hell are you from they do more for us and by us i mean soldiers like me and civilians like you then you will ever know. They sacrifice more then you will ever know. I hope one day you meet one and talk that shit and he makes you swallow your teeth before you know what has even happened.

  • @reaperdrctx1 nice reaper i was a 88mike. these guys deal with a lot of shit they kick ass ..

  • @chuckthedestroyer34 absolutely i have never met a group of more selfless, motivated people let alone soldiers in my entire life and they deserve allot more then what they get.

  • @Richdanahuff Taken from Wikipedia-"The vast majority of information about DEVGRU is highly classified, and details of its activities are not commented on by either the White House or the Department of Defense.[3] While DEVGRU is administratively supported by the Naval Special Warfare Command, it is operationally commanded by the Joint Special Operations Command. It is based at Training Support Center Hampton Roads, Virginia Beach, Virginia, known as FTC Dam Neck until 2004.[4]

  • @wolvesfan1973 Wikipedia is not privelaged to understand the complexities of SpecOps. The language used is complex and often misused even within SpecOps. For example SEALs's are advertised as experts in UW like SF however this is untrue they are Commando's like Rangers, CAG and DEVGRU. The confusion is UW is thought as outside the norm of techniques however it is far more than simply kicking a door a certain way or applying an explosive technique differently.

  • @wolvesfan1973 It is has been a near impossibility to get the hyperconventional commanders in the SEAL's, Rangers, DEVGRU, CAG and so on to understand what UW is and why it is different. In fact the mission statement has been re-written so that the wording can no longer be confused with what these units do. In other words take the conventional infantry unit and place the soldiers abilities and performance in tiers base it off of readiness and DA/CT skills this is hyperconventional units.

  • @wolvesfan1973 None of the units mentioned are trained to spend years inbedded in a culture designing strategies to overthrow or undermine a group, government or any other regionally influential organization. To recruit and work with an underground network to facilitate U.S. objectives. The Green Berets are jacks of all trades and masters of none except U.W. which requires intelligence maturity and patience, the willingness to live in obscurity building relationships.

  • @wolvesfan1973 A renaissance man who understands politics and religion as well as economics and psychology and language. The world of UW cannot be measured like CT and DA which is calculated by number of HVT's captured and successful raids conducted. It is measured in results which can take years to come to fruition and is not measured until the end results bear fruits. A UW campaign is considered successful once the actors changes have gained legitimacy with the people affected,

  • @MrOhiostateboy And personally, JTF2 or S.B.S could have done a better job.

  • @IdidRaysMother just because youre canadian doesnt mean JTF could of done a better job. JSOC has more trigger time and real world experiance then any special operations group in the world.

  • @marbito11 I also said S.B.S too dumb ass, S.B.S is british and you have to pass S.A.S selection to get into S.B.S, Consider them Special-Special Forces.

  • @IdidRaysMother Your are wrong the SBS is the equivelant of the SEALs and the SAS is the equivelant of Delta.

  • @Richdanahuff The SEALs get their training from the S.B.S so clearly that means they're superior.

  • @IdidRaysMother No they don't train the SEALs the SEALs have their own school called BUDS. And the SAS is not a reserve unit they have a reserve unit like all spec ops units do.

  • @Richdanahuff You fucking goof. I said that the SEALs get similar training to the S.A.S, I didn't say the SEALs are trained by the S.A.S now did I?

  • we knew he was in pakistan this whole time WOW

  • We could have taken out Al Queda in the late 1990's. Delta was told by the President in 1998 "We don't have enough to hold him on." The POTUS at the time didn't freeze terrorists assets nor did they want to kill terrorists. In late 2001 and early 2002 it was thought that keeping Pakistan happy was critical to OEF. Killing just one man will not stop a large terrorist group. Al Queda is still operating. The doctrine of "cutting the head off the snake" is a false notion.

  • this sounds likes jesse ventura

  • The reason they didn't shut the back door and cut off Bin Ladens escape was a simple one. The Bush Administration knew that if Bin Laden was killed the USA people would not have supported the war in Iraq and Bush wanted the war in Iraq to continue for some stupid reason. In the words of George W. Bush I really don't care about Bin Laden.

  • Politics ruin combat

  • Doesn't matter now mother fucker's dead as fuck.

  • delta is the elite of the elite!!!

  • @doubletapm4 they do not exist...just ask one of them lmao

  • Wait, I thought you said, over a year ago, that his death notice was published in an Egyptian newspaper? Ha, you had time to respond to everyones comments, but not enough time to post the "evidence"? I had a big party and everything..was telling people that this chick on YouTube has Bin Laden's death notice, but she don't have enough time to post it.

They told me I was an idiot..crazy..but ummmmm, no....that would be you.

    You need better sources.

  • This has been funny to read all of these comments now that we got the bastard. Buncha fuck nuts lol

  • somebody has to feel stupid because of this video due to todays news

  • bin laden is satans spawn

  • aururakismet , u peice of shit go back 2 the middle east kill that peice of trash if america wasnt around u garbage would be vermin scroungin 4 food n trash piles

  • aururakismet , u peice of shit go back 2 the middle east kill that peice of trash

  • aururakismet , u peice of shit go back 2 the middle east

  • Finally watched the movie, "Charlie's War", yesterday and am anxious to read the book ... the movie and this video certainly are food for thought for all of us ... and again, POLITICS, not the military, run the wars ... sad but apparently just how it is ... God bless all our USA and NATO troops who are fighting for all of us around the globe ... we owe them all a HUGE DEBT that we can never repay ... and especially the families of the Fallen Heroes ...

  • @Marbitto11--- Osama Bin Laden wasn't killed by anyone, You can't KILL a Fictitious Character created by Media and CIA as a Myth. Benazir Bhutto was Quoting the death of Daniel Pearle, not Bin Laden. The monkeys inside Al-Jazeera edited that Video and inserted her Naming Bin Laden instead of Daniel Pearle in that sentence, from another reference by her in the same flow of the interview. Check your FACTS.

  • Less than two weeks after 9/11, the CIA had Special Operations under way in Afghanistan. One CIA sniper team had actually spotted and positively identified Bin Laden and many of his men with him. They ordered an airstrike, but because it was so soon after 9/11, the air strike had to come all the way from Germany. It took 8 hours. By the time it struck, Bin Laden was outta there. There were several times we had him, but he slipped away.

  • the guy who put this up is misleading. delta was allowed to kill bin laden but didnt because of political and beurocrat bullshit.

  • @marbito11 :Number one,I'm not a guy.

Number two:Read your second comment. It contradicts the first.

This audio is from Voice of America, the offical information/propaganda venue for the U.S. Government. It is not my personal opinion,it is information provided by the U.S. Government.

IF Delta had been allowed to kill Usama bin Laden, they would have because Delta gets the job done.

  • @AuroraKismet delta was not even allowed to drop in behind them because pakistanis would be upset. operating in that region is difficult. thats why bin laden is still alive

  • @marbito11 :My fellow American,Osama bin Laden is dead.I have his death notice that was printed in an Egyptian newspaper.Former Prime Minister of Benazir Bhutto knew this and said it publicly 1 month before her murder. Much of the world knows it,which is why they laugh at Americans and think we're stupid and callous to allow this military campaign known as the "War on Terror" to continue.

The Govt of Pakistan is a puppet of Great Britain and her daughter, the United States government.

  • @AuroraKismet ok his dead thats why he comes out with a new video every few months. plus it would be nice it the pakistani gov was a puppet gov. but the reality is that the pakistani gov is an incompetant gov as far as controlling there territory and fighting terrorism. sometimes there not even willing to help the u.s

  • @AuroraKismet we are not fighting war on terror for "bin ladin" he just one of the objectives(dead or alive). You really think we are going to waste billions and bilions of dollars and thousands and men and eqipment for 1 man? He probably wasnt the cause of 9/11.

  • @DarkHour404 exactly dude. we always manage to kill his #2 guy every few months. been in the news like that for years. "#2 al queda/taliban official killed in predator strike today". Like you said, thats all you see now, how we are fighting Al Queda. If we are spending billions and billions to fight terrorism at large....who else are we fighting??? they dont even say. We train philipinos to kill thier terrorists, Horn of Africa and Somalia to kill a pirate here or there. Billions for that??

  • @AuroraKismet I am very much interested in learning more about that. I for one found it incredibly hard to believe that Osama Bin Laden is still alive after all this time. How they dropped his name altogether from the news. They refer to him almost like Hitler, like a metaphorical figure of evil, and not the living breathing man who should not have been able to evade the longest and most expensive manhut in the history of the world. Even Alexander the great found Darius sooner. Without UAV's

  • @MonstersSeeMeToo :I'm pressed for time,so I don't know if I'll be able to post his death notice(it's in Arabic) that was published in Egypt's newspapers,or the names that former PM of Pakistan Benazir Bhutto named when she said she was going after the financers of terrorism.Asia Times, you can scroogle them along with "bin laden funeral".It's important to note he was of the Wahhabi sect who do not allow gravestones.Kidney dialysis machines in the mountains of Afghanistan? HA ,he's dead.

  • @AuroraKismet Yeah I know lol. I read Lone Survivor, and the SEAL commented on intelligence found in Afghan caves that were believed to be the operations planning for 9/11.....it was drawings in the dirt and crumpled up papers by an old extinguished campfire. Really.... these people brought the world to its knees in Terror?

  • @AuroraKismet O and i forgot to thank you! How absent minded lol. Always good to find another piece of the puzzle. Thanks!

  • @AuroraKismet so because bin ladin is dead means his generals and soldiers are going to give up..? Bin ladin was nothing but a cash cow. the war on terror will continue until other contries stand up for themselves and fight their own war. Untill then its americas job.

  • @AuroraKismet lol when i read this comment

  • @AuroraKismet Yeah, Great Britain's "daughter".

  • @AuroraKismet

I bet you feel stupid now lol....

never believe ridiculous conspiracies my friend.

  • @AuroraKismet proven wrong by time

  • @marbito11 hes dead now =D

  • @TheGlock9mm how do you know?

  • @marbito11 not anymore =]]]]

  • @holyinator it was only a matter of time. some people are always trying to cook up a conspiracy theory. the sad thing is that most of them are americans

  • @marbito11

    not anymore.

  • @EJalbert34 it was only a matter of time. some people are always trying to cook up a conspiracy theory. the sad thing is that most of them are americans

  • @AuroraKismet the afghan fighters they were tracking usama with did not allow them to pursue in the killing of him because they supposedly worked out a cease fire with the taliban.

  • @marbito11 you make it sound like its a conspiracy. you almost make it sound that bin laden is working with the u.s government. i hope thats not the case. i would like to think that the u.s politicians and high ranking generals or who ever was conducting that particular operation was incompetent by not providing suffiencient american man power to guard bin laden's escape route.

  • @marbito11 Dude, operation anaconda had THOUSANDS of indigenous fighters. They captured entire cities across the country. American troops were not even allowed to enter in the fights to capture cities. Marine units were to wait outside near the fighting and when escaping fighters eventually ran closer to their position, the Marines were told to pull back and not engage. To let the enemy run away. The ENTIRE "invasion" was fought by locals!!!! That sound like a country commited to the cause??

  • @MonstersSeeMeToo what are you talking about? it is true that the locals have a huge role in the war. the U.S gov wants the afghan war to be a war fought by afghans, however, operation anacanda was probably one of the deadliest operations to special forces. if the U.S gov is willing to send seals and rangers to an area they mean business

  • @marbito11 WHY THE FUCK DOES THE US WANT OUR WAR ON TERRORISM TO BE FOUGHT BY FOREIGN NATIONALS???? More effective? for what? CIA black ops for over half a century show you dont need an entire goddamn army to get it done. Hence black ops in the first place. Why were we building their army up back in 1999-2000? The reason it was so fucking deadly is because they were mostly fed shit intel and had were used to support locals instead of Leading the fucking invasion. Thats why.

  • @MonstersSeeMeToo you have a WWII mentality where you send in an army kick ass and leave with glorious victory. todays wars are much more complicated. vietnam was a perfect example; they were fighting a battle while ARVIN was running away and U.S deaths were in vain. If theres a huge military build up in Afghanistan it will be like the soviet invasion again. thats why afghan war has to be have an afghan face or it will another vietnam.

  • @marbito11 The point im getting at here is that the Afghan war is fake. We are not intending to "win" it. I'm sorry that "WW2 Mentality" also happend to be "have a clear objective, a clear plan to reach that objective, and then allow that plan every chance to succeed". Because during this entire "War" that has not been used. Our goals and conviction to see them through have been ambiguous. Btw WW2 used all the SOF that operate today doing the all same missions. Our policies are just retards.

  • @MonstersSeeMeToo todays wars dont have clear objectives just like the war in vietnam. even david petraeus said that there might not be light at the end of the tunnel. special forces are great asset but when your doing large operations like the invasion of afghanistan you need grunts like marines, army etc. thats why bin laden got away the u.s hired half ass afgahns to block his escape route instead of u.s troops

  • @MonstersSeeMeToo CIA black ops are good at doing low leverl operations but not fighting an entire war

  • @MonstersSeeMeToo the marines didnt even participate in Anaconda

  • @marbito11 Go read a book called One Bullet Away about a Marine Infantry Lieutenant Nathan Fick who was on the ground in a dirt hole in Afghanistan. They provided QRF for the Rangers during their seizure of objective Rhino, and launched a recovery mission for a downed Black Hawk. They provided screening and security for the battle to take Jalalabad . They had Marine Recon teams operating every night for CIA directed reconnaissance missions.

  • @marbito11 OFCOURSE THEY WERE ALLOWED TO KILL HIM!!! they just were not allowed to do it in any way they are trained to do. They can be shipped around the world within an hours notice, yet when in country, they find it hard to move to that mountain over there on the horizon. In selection they train them to travel 40 miles in about 8 hours carrying 60 pound packs over mountainous terrain. Thats STANDARD entry level stuff for these guys. The result is virtually the same. The were not allowed to.

  • @MonstersSeeMeToo you make no sense man. they coudnt kill bin laden because of political bullshit like civilian and military bureacracy. Delta was super close to their target. even dalton fury said that his team was super close to bin laden but didnt engage him because the safety of his team.

  • @marbito11 Yeah uhuh. That team safety thing was bullshit. This is Delta. They fought Mogadishu out numbered 10 to 1 with and came out with what......17 casualties including Rangers, to about 2000 enemy casualties. The Prison raid back in the Panama invasion, their team was on the ground for 6 minutes, and their machine gunner had 55 confirmed kills. These guys are trained to do these missions. They die in traiing as much as operations. Im pretty sure their personal safety was not the reason.

  • @MonstersSeeMeToo your obviously misinformed. if the commanding delta officer said they didnt move because it was unsafe then i will believe him. delta is not like the movies, they can die just like everybody else. sure their trained warriors but one well placed bullet can anybodys life

  • I just think it's to bad it's almost always the young that get sacrificed because of decisions made by old rich people, Iraqi,Afghani, american, canadian, lebanese, israeli,. If all the old rich people died the world would be alot more peaceful.

  • @bshaun2 All the world's a stage, and all the men and women merely players: they have their exits and their entrances; and one man in his time plays many parts, and then some guys....are get to be the production manager. There will always be people in charge. People need that. The simplest of actions need a leader. Children playing in a sandbox, need one of them to decide what they will play. This here is a matter of corruption. The carpenter and the walrus.

  • World needs Ben Laden...otherwise how else would American invade middle east. Ur all dumb here....just think ur smart, lol.

  • @Collistos who cares about countries? that terrorist have to die!

  • @mattirang3d and i quote G.W.Bush " we will fight terrorists where ever they may hide. any country harbouring terrorists will be seen as an enemy of the United States of America"..............unless they are in pakistan.......

  • apart from the Dolton Fury has been ripped to bits from his ex team mates for bullshitting, i think im not to sure that he wasnt even in Delta

  • its weird how everybody hypes up bin laden. when he is dead someone else steps up in his place and takes over his job anyways and that will go on to the end of time. he is the leader but its like any organization they have leaders that step up in his place when he is gone. i think the us goverment just needed to put a main face on terrorism in order to blame someone.

  • they wont have anything to blame for this crap if they capture or kill him. especially when people step up in his place and the american people say, hey wait... i thought it was just bin laden, i didnt know there were other people too.. so it will never end.

  • @0587dave

If there were more competent leaders than Bin Laden, don't you think al Qaeda would replace him with these leaders? In other words, Bin Laden's their most adequate leader as of now and if he is killed, then whoever takes his spot (assuming that this terrorist organization isn't disbanded), is going to be less of a threat than he ever was.

  • @l3lip that makes no sense, if our president dies who steps up? the vice president. there is a whole chain of command that steps up in place that is why they are in office. if the president was gone our whole military wouldnt fall apart now would it? its the same thing in other countries.

  • dont look at it as just a terrorist group. they have a chain of command and replacements just like every other military force. the only way that would happen is if they were forced like with sadaam when he was a leader. but al qaeda is a group that is led by themselves and when you kill their leader they will get a new one and hit back even harder than before

  • @0587dave

think that they're intelligent enough to replace Osama? Also, this discussion is very political so I don't think it does the war in Afghanistan justice to argue the ideals of the war.

Being a terrorist group and not being ingenious are not mutually exclusive - far from it. Their actions and tactics are multifaceted and can range from manipulation to attempts to destroy major landmarks of nations. Reply through a message - Youtube has very limited space for comments.

  • @l3lip why wouldnt they be intelligent enough to replace him? they damaged the united states in one of the worst disasters ever...remember 9-11? your speaking of them like they are some rallying activist group that can do some little damage here and there. they are a major stronghold enemy military out to kill the united states citizens and military. how could you not take that serious? enough money can make just about anything happen.

  • @0587dave

I find it disingenuous to compare the presidential hierarchy to the hierarchy of a major terrorist organization. The president is responsible for all major political, economic, etc. actions of his/her nation. However, al Qaeda is bent on extirpating every single American in the world. Sure, Biden might be better than Obama in several aspects, but there are reasons he didn't run for president. If there was a more competent leader to destroy western civilization, then don't you

  • @l3lip also, why wouldnt u compare it like that? its like any other gang or military. they have multiple positions and leaders to do different jobs when one leader is gone, they replace him. its common sense man your trying to make someone out of nothing and your not making a point. why would they have to replace osama by the way? if i was them i would think he was doing his job correct. they seem to be keeping the whole us military over there. i think thats a pretty big deal dont you?

  • @0587dave

I'm not going to reply here. Message me with a more comprehensive response.

  • why kill bin laden ? war must go on, cause war is business !

  • @ipctec hes the reason were at war..him and his ppl.

  • i call bullshit if it was actually him they would have captured him and not killed him anyways. same thing they did to hussain, capture, give a "fair" trial, and kill him. we all know that we cant just go out and kill him he or course it supposed to be given a "fair" trial. the only way we could have killed him was to catch him in action doing an activity against the US. we cant kill him for doing it against other countries without the UN permission anyways, we dont just go out and snipe for fun

  • sure sure

pussies cant even stop taliban after almost 10 years.

  • Dalton Furry ....lmao

    poser

  • all you hear is bullshit, Go straight to man himself.

  • blow him the flip up!

  • INTELLIGENCE?? YEAH SURE, is there any intelligence regarding the hoax of 911 ?? ALL CRAP!

  • FiRst!

Soy primero! Soy lo gran hue blanco!

  • ¡JaJaja, ese!

    ¡Costa oeste por siempre!

  • Como se dice "bring me the horizon"?

  • ¿Porqué usted lo quiere?

  • tráigame (el) horizonte

Now what will you do with it?

  • Ima gonna pose heroically against it, framed by the sky at the edge of Night. You know, for kids.

  • Ahh,but of course!

  • that's hot, o caliente!
