this game is freaking hard. challenging as hell! also: EXTREMELY FUN. if you get to the hidden temples, the difficulty gets cranked up like crazy. also, they did things with a platformer that i never thought were possible. the level design is TOP NOTCH. excellent job retro studios!

This game kicks ass and it's challenging as hell and it took me weeks to finish the game and more weeks to collect all KONG letters and puzzle pieces .

This game is great as the original games with the music, beautifull graphics and artdesign and hard bosses. Rambi is awesome in this game :). Cranky the Kong is good as always when you visit him :D

I want this game. Fuck jungle beat and the other racing game od DK's/ I Love DK and I am glad to see it go back to basics. The game looks awsome. DK is one of my favourite franchises. But they atarted adding musical instrumeents and crap. DKC is back WOOT. Can't wait to play it.

the only thing that worries me about this game is that it will be too easy or too short, the original donkey kong country games 1-3 were really long and still to this day is very challenging at points, but nintendo is getting into the habit of making these games overly easy for kids nowadays

@jer14720 the dkc game for the snes all had no more then 40 levels per game, surprisingly.

This game has over 70 levels, and apparently they're longer too.

@jer14720 dkc 1 had 40 levels this has 72 and apparently each level is longer than any in new super mario bros wii. This makes me think its about 16-20 hours including collectable.

Now, it's okay that these graphics aren't that great because it's still a beautiful side scrolling game ... but golden eye should have better graphics to improve the experience, not take it away when you look at some dudes face up close...

I swear I just flashedback 16 years to playing this when it first came out on the SNES. I only owned a Wii for abou3 months from it's release before I got bored and sold it, but if anything can make me buy another, this is it. Nostalgia WIN!

@zeldafan734 the wii is host to many bad movie licence and kids games that have no effort put into them because of the caual route nintendo have taken which is now starting to bite them in the ass. ps3 and 360 are not perfect but many developers are choosing not to release on wii as the market is not there and the wii itself is a suked up n64 in terms of power. yes the wii does have a few good games such as brawl, trauma centre etc but they are to few.

@envelopingdarkness Yeah last good Wii game was Smash Bros lol and we played that with a gamecube controller. Actually, the only good Wii games are all played with a gamecube controller. When is nintendo gonna learn they need to make games for regular controllers too!!?!?
