It's a scam. The spinner has a rounded bottom which causes it to rotate when it goes off center.

Notice how he has to keep repositioning the outer magnet ring. That's what's making the center thing spin.

If he were to keep his hands still, or fix the position of the outer ring some other way, there is no spinning whatsoever.

I analyzed the schematic diagram with a group of physicists and the concensus we all reached was that the net magnetic force on each magnetic pole of the magnet in the middle is zero. And that is verified by watching this video. He must put work in , to get the magnets to move.

Ah... the rotation speed looks to be at least 100x faster than the "adjustment" speed which should be enough to produce free energy, but there are ones already made that appears to have a much stronger free energy output where all the magnets have been angled in a way to only push the rotorary like single directional wind current perhaps with the rest of the magnets coated with aluminum.

By "Adjustment Speed" I was referring to having move the gate with your hand... but never mind that... there are free energy super-magnetic motors where the poles are angled to give only a constant push as the other sections of those magnets are completely isolated from each other usually by hardened plastic. The demonstrated rotation speed seems enough to power a very large sized truck.

The yellow tabs are depth indicators. There is a magnet under the bottom white plate that suspends the disc.The magnets on the periphery keep the disc from flipping. The slighest movement initiates spin and keeps the disc spinning.

Note: The videographer failed to show us the entire devices, and thus the shot is so close that it leads one to conclude otherwise. If I did not know better, that looks like winding around the outer magnets. Additionally, the magnets are configured in such a way that the fields essentially merge together as one, overlapping each other. Thus I don't see how it could give direction of force without the assistance of electricity. Larskro also states in his video description, "Free energy... No."
