Assholes. You guys make it seem like Wheels killed that 2 year old on purpose. You show so much hatred towards him; I bet if it were you you would've killed the baby intentionally.
i am so glad you posted all of these, i saw every episode and i almost cried at the end. it was so cute. every one of these episodes really taught people something, and i think everyone should watch these.
It's funny eh how school varies all over the place. I never attended a Catholic or private school, always public. I'm kinda glad that I wasn't in Junior High or High School around the age of 12 lol, I would have felt out of place being so young.
Just a note: In Canada it depends on which province you live in as to what grade junior high starts etc...not all of Canada is grade 7 junior high and grade 8 middle.
In B.C. Elementary school is Kindergarten to grade 7 and High school is grade 8 to 12 and there is no middle school. Just to let people know..
@TheTzdope A long time ago, but now it's down to 12, just like in the USA. I think they still do it in Europe. My cousin has a friend of Germany who went to h/s thru grade 13. I wish it happened here in America.
"Très jolie" "et moi?" "très magnifique!"it makes me smile when lisa and her friend are asking each other how they look.I am french and their canadian accent is funny.Very fresh episode!
In Canada, 6th grade is still elementary school, and 7 and 8 are middle school - although a lot of schools have elementary & middle school grades combined. So, they are graduating from garde 6.
All those money raising things they did, and they just come up with a yearbook of drawings and a construction paper cover? I thought they must have raised at least $200! Maybe Candy ran off with some of the money, hence his absence by this time.
I don't understand why the grad dance is in their classroom. Didn't the school have a gym?!
Not too many parents showed up. So much for the guilt trip Griff did on Duke. :)
This was one of the more memorable stories. A lesson in appreciating the people around you and not taking them for granted because when they're gone it's too late.
Hey guys, do you think that if the actor who played Duke/Mike would have made it on a US Soap Opera? He could have been one of those Blue Collar Guys with a Heart of Gold.
i wonder if wheels ever got pissed that joey took his girl whom he cheated on with Tessa Campanelile whom in turned also dated the ugly gorilla cheese sandwich joke kid (dont know how THAT happened lol)
:) It's so cool Ohio is getting it! I have a friend in Wisconsin who is patiently waiting for a Timmies to open there. In the meantime, I send her some coffee canisters in the mail, lol. :) :)
Griff's brother looks like a gross 1970's porn star! LOL.
In the episode before this, when Griff was drawing pictures of Lisa at the kitchen table, his brother lectured him about focusing more on his studies. Now in THIS episode he tells him he focuses TOO much on school! Make up your mind, Duke!
Lol! :) I rewatched the episode a couple of nights ago and I was like, "oh! GRILLED!" I caught it instantly!!! Lmao! Yet a week before, I heard the joke a gazillion times and it left me in a foggy cloud of confusion!?
I guess it's all over for me now, lol...I'm getting old and fuzzy...Well considering I'm the same age as some of the Kids of Degrassi, it makes sense! Lol!
Have a Timmies on me! (Tim Hortons coffee, in case you are American and don't know what the heck I mean, lol.) ;)
Well, what matters is you've taken the time to watch the originals - and you've even made it all the way to 'The Kids Of Degrassi' - that's awesome! I was lucky enough to be grow up watching Kids, JH and H. I like NG too, but, my favourites are the originals. It's so cool to know people your age are watching all of these, it's great. We watch yours, you watch ours, because, in the end, Degrassi is one of the finest Canadian television series of all time.
Yes, Robin Griffin (Griff) becomes Derrick Wheeler (Wheels) on DJH. A few of the actors went on to play different characters with different families on DJH. Griff - Wheels Rachel - Nancy Benjamin - Scooter Casey - Susie Lisa - Caitlin Pete - Alex Karen - Lucy Connie - Trish (minor role) Billy - Jason (minor role) I'm sure I'm missing some.
"Mini Jeff Goldblum"'s bowtie seems really dated. It looks like something from those '70s and early-'80s tuxedos.
