When I think of CG up against Naruto, I'm thinking more of a fight between Shika and Lelu, since they're both the big "I had that planned all along!" dudes. Seriously, I think it would depend on the setting. Obviously whether you're fighting on your home turf or not would make a big difference. Personally, I think Naruto has more strong characters, so they would have the advantage. Nothing beats Spinzaku no Jutsu though!
