governments should adopt the policies from other governments which have created successful drug policies. Using these as a base they should be modified based on scientific/medical evidence and statistical feedback. Policies should never be created on the basis of ones morels.

There is a reason that I never see any debate about. The industry of goods and services that Cannabis (Hemp) would create would sustain any society and bring people to the realization of what the value of real market competition would be like. The medicinal qualities would also help many people to free themselves from more harmful substances and become more productive citizens. These are means of not being controlled by a few wealthy powerful Institutions.
