  • it's not possible to get Mr. Bojangle's dna? I know he's dead, how was that found out?

  • @collindacorn the dna that supposedly belonged to the black guy that was in the bathroom at bojangles was never tested and then lost ...imagine that .

  • @SuperJaded2010 yeah I know but if they knew who he was then they probably could get some dna from him from somewhere....dr's, dentist,,,,idk about on his dead body but maybe.

  • whats with all this shit posting on here?

  • @CallumJStewart FOR GOD SAKE LET THEM GO HOMEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

  • Comment removed

  • free the 3

  • stirs 11 TROLLLLLLLLLLLLL

  • there is ample proof the confession was false do some research you moron

  • @ur8upboy If thats true. Why did jessie confess a second time with his lawyers present and they begged him NOT to confess again, but he did anyway?......then a third time also.Just a question, don't attack me..I have an open mind about this case.Just some strange events that don't add up.

  • Eh...Their lives are worthless now.

    Life closed :)

  • Oh, I see--you're only eleven. It makes sense now. You're a cute kid--you're the one's that go around just posting comments about stuff just to get attention. If you were here, I'd pinch your lil cheeks and pat you on the head:) Now go play on Facebook.

  • hmmm. You're being too polite to stirs11. He's a typical internet trash talker. If he were here I'd pinch his lil cheeks and pat his lil head, and watch him wet his pants.

  • your probably a little punk kid and your not worth my time

  • look stirs11 you need to fucking grow up u think calling her a whore is going to bother her you don't know her so stop judging people

  • Comment removed

  • They weren't raped, which was later proved. And just cuz someone confesses, doesn't mean anything. Read up on forced confessions. And I don't think it's cool of you to judge me and call me names, since I was being respectful to you. But I see you're just someone who doesn't care--you just like to post comments to push buttons. But if you call someone names when you don't know them, then I can see you judging someone else when you know nothing of the case.

  • And no, those boys weren't raped. They proved that that was a lie.

  • Not case closed. Read up on coerced confessions.

  • Plus the little boys werent raped fuck you stirs11 you probably raped the little boys FREE THE WEST MEMPHIS THREE

  • Misskelley was under pressure when the police were questioning him. he is border-line retarted.

he said that they killed the boys during the morning, the truth is the little boys were in school.

  • COERCED

  • COERCED

  • stirs seriously you need to do some more reading the boys were not raped!!!! that is a fact and jessie miskelleys confession was coerced

  • Misskelley said the boys were tied up with rope and were killed while fully clothed. They were tied w/ their shoestrings and were naked. Misskelley said the bosy were repeatedly raped, no evidence of any sexual trauma or rape. Misskelley said the killings took place during the day when the kids were known to be in school, the police grilled him and told him the killings occured later in the evening, right? -Classic coercion and false confession.

  • The boys were not raped. Misskelley's confession is indicative of a false confession. His original confession did not fit what police knew about the crime so they grilled him and gave him the info they wanted him to say. At every single step of the way that Misskelley's confession didnt' fit, the police grilled him and gave him the info. Misskelley said the killings took place during the day when the boys were in school so the police repson, 'It was later in the evening, right?'

  • I think maybe Stirs11 is a rapist. Maybe a closet P-phile.

  • He did call me a whore and told SweetMissyChic he wanted to fuck her. So I'd say he's probably a rapist

  • Yes there is proof the confession was false. The proof is that he got every deatil wrong until the police corrected him and led him to the answers they wanted. Read it.

  • Yes he did. The defense used it to show how easily he could be convinced to something he hadn't done and confess to it.

  • The only moron here is you. There is absolutely no evidence of rape and never was; only people like you to perpetuate the myth.

  • The boys were not raped. They were not sexualy abused at all. This myth started when one of the investigators thought the boys might have been been raped due to a condition of the bodies. Experts have already ruled it to be a natural part of the decomposition process. No semen was found on the bodies and no injuries associated with sexual trauma. Yet the testimony of Jesse was that the boys were repeatedly raped over and over again, indicating that it was a false confession.

  • (continued) I'm getting sick of you, stirs11. Jesse's 'confession' does't make any sense. Teenagers repeatedly raping children would cause injury and would leave behind semen and/or at least one pubic hair. Yet nothing was found. The boys were not raped. It was a false confession. Do you even know what caused the investigator to think they might have been raped? Their rectums were open, which was ruled a natural part of the decomposition process. Please educate yourself on this story.

  • Psychology Today: False Confessions, READ IT.

  • Miskelly also confessed to robbing a store AT THE TIME he was actually in jail.

  • they held him for 12 hours , before he actually said 'yes we did it'. He would of thought all this would sort itself out thats why people go to court , probably wanted to go home. why did none of the others ever admit anything? because they didn't do it , the cops just needed someone to pin it on , its a small town and they would of felt stupid if they didn't have any leads.

  • Your IQ, I'm sure, is lower than that of Misskelley. You may as well say that you are guilty of slander. At least that's much more true than Misskelley's "confession". Don't forget, according to his "confession", they killed the boys at the time the the boys were in their classroom(s), and then raped and mutilated their bodies; none of which ever happened. Oh, and the brown rope used to tie them up - that never existed either, did it? Who's the moron again?

  • Did you read what was written to you? Misskeley's "confession" is readily available on the net in transcript and on audio (or at least the parts that the "investigators" bothered to tape), and it did not impress me at all.

  • You truly need to educate yourself. Search for 'Psychology Today False Confessions'.

  • True that. I was involved in a goverment psychology study at KSU that showed how easily people can be forced into believing things that had not occured.

  • Just like when accused 'Witches' confessed, right? Educate yourself. We've already gone down this path before. False Confession is fully accepted by psychologists and the people who are most likely to offer a false confession are those with a very low IQ or who are mentaly retarted. Jesse is borderline mentaly retarted. His story he told doesn't match what was known about the crime scene and experts did a good job at showing that the Police were feeding him the answers they wanted him to give.

  • has anyone ever heard misskelly's confession AFTER he was convicted...? anyone ever read damien's writing's from prison about being possesed by demons also about how he is the christ and the whole world will soon know it?

boy had issues clearly. i'm not saying he is guilty, but it's not too far of a stretch.. they found blood from one of the victims on a necklace that damien was wearing when he was arrested... somehow it was not admissable in court... look it up.

  • The blood on the necklace is a possible match for Damien's as well as one of the victims. This isn't a shocker as the test performed on it isn't specific and implies that the blood could have come from a large percent of the population.

It all boils down to this. These teens were found guilty without any physical evidence tying them to the crime. The prosecution must prove guilt beyond reasonable doubt. I don't see how a jury could convict. No physical evidence equals Reasonable Doubt.

  • Are you saying this individual is such a criminal mastermind that he managed clear his tracks, get rid of all physical evidence from the "murder scene" and also dispose of all clothing he had used without the townsfolk seeing him? However he forgot about that darned necklace!

"Nothing more determinable than common blood types were found due to the minute quantities.........the blood type shared by both Jason and Steven Branch -- as well as 11% of the rest of the Caucasian population."

  • Damien's "poetry" was weird, but a lot of poetry is. And I'm sure someone who was raised in a small, Christian Southern town who was locked up for a year would come out w/ especially weird shit. But what about someone who write about burying dead ppl and animals in a special cemetary, only to have them come back alive and attack? We call him a horror genius...aka Stephen King. lol;)

  • I think it would take more than one black guy to commit this crime - think logistics! There were obviously more than 2 perpatrators. It's not easy to restrain 3 frightened screaming children! IMO would take 3. Three...is the magic number.

  • thats stupid logic.there are plenty of single killers kidnapping more than one victim at a time.especially if they knew him.

  • you're an idiot.

  • and you're retarded - but what's your point?

    Ks

  • naw, sorry. you're the retard. the DNA evidence excludes the three from the killing. you're pretty much assuming that since there were three kids, there has to be three killers. that's a logical fallacy, bud.

  • Right on Brown. We may never know who truly did this crime, but we can certainly free the innocent, and it is a moral necessity to do so.

  • find the black guy with blood and mud all over him that was at bojanges chicken place. he might have a clue

  • @brown9708 - Yes that is true, but according to some locals from that area, it was reported in a later newspaper that the black guy from Bojangles had been killed, died, or commited suicide. either way he is not here anymore. Are any of you locals that read that ? Has anyone else heard locals say this ???

  • @EducatedRebellion101 that was a part of something in one of the many things i`ve watched and read about the case

  • @EducatedRebellion101 how did they know it was the same black guy that had bled all over the bathroom ? was that ever proven?

  • @SuperJaded2010 No, they never followed up. Told the restaurant manager to clean the bathroom without procuring any evidence.

  • @brown9708 he,s the missing link,in this case.he seen who kill them boys
