These (and freeline skates, and any other similar products) will NOT replace skateboards or inline skates. They have a better chance at replacing longboards. They're challenging, most of all new, and if you pick up the hobby, esp. early, theres room to innovate it personally. Xliders are a toy and Freelines are pro quality, but you can get air, in the same way you could with old school skateboards. Physically an ollie doesn't seem possible, i'd look at the world of flatland for inspiration.

I think waveboards is harder if you are a skater. Because it requires proper movement and balance. But you can't do tricks. But it is faster than a skate board if you will do a race. You will look awesome if you do it only in your streets. I commonly play skate boards, snow boards and waveboards.
