At some point I'm sure they will be charged with some kind of infraction involving not following orders. Aren't they allowed to refuse unlawful orders? The Legislative branch seems to be changing the rules before our very eyes, the military command structure will have to adapt to changes in the law won't they? I was practicing marshall law drills from 1993 in the Australian Army. They called it "Urban Warfare". But when you practice on your base first and then lock down a town 2 hours outside your capital for two weeks with road blocks, street patrols, house searches, stop civilian for random ID checks and car searches with the local police under our command. Australian military has been training this for 20years and with US troops now station in OZ .. I can see the writing on the wall! Trouble!

@patriotsport when youre reserves and you have regular army come in for tactical training on a deployment or future mission, they are usually an e-7 who is responsible for the drill. ive heard a few guys at the 89th arcom mention a drill sgt a few times but i dont think it was ever used as an acknowledgement like in basic.

This story needs some substantiation. The Army doesn't send you home like you were a bad boy scout.
However, our only real hope against tyranny in the long run is if the military and police come to the side of the Constitution, the cause of freedom, and the defense of the American People.

At some point I'm sure they will be charged with some kind of infraction involving not following orders. Aren't they allowed to refuse unlawful orders? The Legislative branch seems to be changing the rules before our very eyes, the military command structure will have to adapt to changes in the law won't they? If they pass laws making it legal to deploy against and fire on American citizens they have a hard choice to make. Then there's the possibility of foreign troops.

I was practicing marshall law drills from 1993 in the Australian Army. They called it "Urban Warfare". But when you practice on your base first and then lock down a town 2 hours outside your capital for two weeks with road blocks, street patrols, house searches, stop civilian for random ID checks and car searches with the local police under our command. Australian military has been training this for 20years and with US troops now station in OZ .. I can see the writing on the wall! Trouble!

@patriotsport when youre reserves and you have regular army come in for tactical training on a deployment or future mission, they are usually an e-7 who is responsible for the drill. ive heard a few guys at the 89th arcom mention a drill sgt a few times but i dont think it was ever used as an acknowledgement like in basic.
