@ian699 Not only what the uploader said, but NASA's a government agency. Like all government agencies, they're very secretive/not at all opposed to withholding information regarding what/how much they know, have, & are capable of. They could already have bases/launch-zones/testing facilities on the moon, & they'd never tell the public anything about it. We all know our $ goes to fund crooked wall-street exec bonuses, & multi-billion dollar loans to corrupt agencies, NASA's probably no different.

@ian699 Who's going to pay for the moon base? The American taxpayers? Many of them feel NASA already gets too much. (FYI they get about 18 billion US dollars per year, which is 0.58% of the entire US annual budget).

I can hardly wait until there is spaceship 3 ! New Mexico to Australia in less than a hour !! Docking with a spacestaton !! Wonderful ! Moonbase Alpha ! Marsbase Alpha and beyond !! I really do hope that we finally do develop the technology to have human visit Glise 581 ! And all the other planets we have discovered since 1995. Even perhaps to have human live there as Gilseians ! Sadly for next 50 to 100 years we have Moon and Mars to settle ! Plus the other moons in our solar system. It is start.. But "faster than light" space travel is the key !!
